We chose to book this hotel due to the positive reviews. The free services (pick-up and drop-off) made everything seem sweeter. When we dropped off at Huashanbei Railway Station, the boss messaged me that the car was waiting for us. True enough, we spotted the car easily. The boss even helped to put our luggage in the car. Throughout the short journey to the hotel, communication was hard because we do not speak Mandarin and he does not speak English. When we reached, we were brought to a front desk where we were charged for our next day trip to Mount Hua. The lady at the front desk quickly checked us in, gave us the room card & booked our tickets. The boss then brought us to our room (about 50m walk from the front desk) and showed us the amenities. The hotel on the outside does not look too outstanding. But on the inside, EVERYTHING is wonderful. We got room 8201 with a huge window facing the small lane. No privacy is not a problem as we get to see locals doing their daily life. As we are Muslims, the boss suggested a Muslim restaurant nearby. We did not go due to being too tired. The next day, our journey to Mount Hua was seamless. Everything was arranged, we were dropped off at the bus area and they explained to us clearly. They even waited for us to have our breakfast first before dropping us. We are so happy with the service, watching the locals quietly go on with their lives, that we decided to extend one more night. Extending is easy because there is a vacancy for the room we are in. And changing our train tickets is easy too. We are now typing out this review in front of the big window, relaxing. We love and enjoy everything about the hotel. The good & efficient service, the clean & warm room, the clean toilet with bidet, the clean bathroom with 24 hours hot water to shower, the wash basin with lighted mirror, the beautiful view we get for this room. So much love. Too much that we are sad we have to go back to Xi'an tomorrow. Highly recommended. Will be booking this hotel when we decide to hike Mount Hua again. Thank you so much for everything you & your staff have done for us during our stay. We really appreciate it and will remember this sweet moment for the rest of our lives.

Para subir al Monte Huashan, llegué aquí un día antes y me quedé una noche. Está cerca del Centro de Visitantes de Huashan, así que tanto si vas hacia el oeste como hacia el norte, la dueña te lleva en coche; básicamente, en 5-10 minutos llegarás al punto de partida. La dueña fue muy ingeniosa y atenta. Sabiendo que regresaríamos a Xi'an el mismo día después de subir al Monte Huashan, nos llevó el equipaje directamente a la parada del autobús y nos acompañó a la estación del tren de alta velocidad, lo que nos ahorró mucho tiempo. El restaurante del hotel abre de 7:00 a 22:00, con platos a 15 RMB. Probé sus dumplings, arroz frito y fideos, ¡y estaban deliciosos! El alojamiento es sencillo, no lujoso, pero las habitaciones están bien equipadas y la higiene es correcta. Si vienes a alojarte aquí para subir al Huashan, la amabilidad y la atención de la dueña lo compensan todo. ¡Recomendado para quienes vengan a subir al Monte Huashan!

Truly excellent. We stayed here for a total of two nights during our visit to Mount Hua. The location is close to the base of the mountain, the food is delicious and affordable, the room we stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and clean, complete with two balconies, and the service was unmatched. From the moment we arrived to the train station, we were we greeted with chauffeur service and warm smiles. They even helped us move our luggage and drove us to and from the hotel to the Mount Hua Visitor Centre and to the train station again when we left, and delivered fresh local fruit to our room at the end of the day. All of the staff were integral in making this stay feel like home. After staying in various hotels across Canada, the United States, and China, we can say with full confidence that this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Habitación tranquila y bien equipada con una vista preciosa. Los colchones no eran duros, dormimos muy bien. Servicio de lavandería gratuito. Los dueños son una familia encantadora y el servicio es excelente. La hija estaba aprendiendo inglés. Le sugiero que continúe, ya que esto le daría una gran ventaja competitiva. El servicio de transporte gratuito es estupendo. La comida está buena. La única sugerencia que haría, como ya les comenté, es que construyan una puerta para separar las habitaciones de fumadores de las de no fumadores, ya que el olor es muy molesto, sobre todo para los visitantes extranjeros. Sin embargo, les doy un 10 porque sin duda volveremos.

This Mountain View homestead overlooks Huashan mountain. The views are incredible from both the room and the restaurant. The food is delicious. Some of the best I’ve had in China! Extremely comfortable beds too. They offer a free pick-up and drop-off service to the train stations and also to the Huashan scenic area, which is only a 5 min walk away. No need to rise too early! The family here have been extremely accommodating and friendly. I don’t speak Chinese and I am travelling alone. Luckily a smartphone allows communication and the family have really used it to make me feel at home.  They have made me feel so comfortable when I’m so far from my friends and family. Everybody has greeted me with a smile and they have offered me so much. I ate here every day and they have a beautiful cat that I had the honour of brushing. I would highly recommend this home stay for anyone visiting the region. It is in a quiet calm place compared to the hustle and bustle of Chinese cities. If I ever come back here I will definitely stay here again. 5 stars is the minimum allowed but I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Un lugar acogedor y agradable. Los dueños son una pareja muy agradable. Fuimos en invierno y fue cómodo. Me sentí como si estuviera volviendo a casa al final del día. La ubicación era excelente para Huashan y la recogida y el traslado por parte de los dueños lo hicieron muy conveniente. Desayunamos y cenamos allí: buena comida casera.

Vale la pena recomendarle un hotel, una habitación limpia, una excelente ubicación, con desayuno y secador. Para los turistas de la montaña de Huahua, nada es más feliz que la atracción del jefe, acompañada específicamente de la atracción única del jefe, y la promesa es especialmente útil. En la línea de siete personas, en Hua Mountain, el jefe no sólo condujo desde la estación de tren hasta el hotel, sino que también explicó muy detalladamente las rutas de montaña y las atracciones importantes a lo largo de la carretera, el ruido es colorido y sincero y entusiasta. Tuve que usar el WeChat del propietario del hotel para comunicarme con el propietario del hotel para recogerlo. Todo el personal es muy amable, ¡muy recomendable! Realmente aprecié su hospitalidad.
