The house is very well maintained with beautiful quiet surroundings. The room itself is thoughtfully well kept with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen amenities. There is a washing machine and dryer in the place but no coffee provided though it has a coffee maker and kettle. A pleasant surprise of complimentary snacks and bottled water were also provided. It is little far to go downtown but the bus stop is just 5 mins away that takes you there directly. 10 mins walk away are some Asian restaurants and a Chinese supermarket and fruit n vegetable shop. Overall, the suite is a very nice and new place to stay at and the owner is very welcoming and responsive. I like to suggest the direction to the apartment can be made more clearer with instruction that says it is at the basement and not just entrance via the back of the house with those lovely wordy signs that we obviously not looking for. Another point to note is the cleaning fee charge that was not mention in the write up which may affect client's decision in renting the place.

Randy and Pam are incredibly attentive hosts. They take great care of everything, from delicious breakfasts to spotlessly clean rooms. Pam cleans the room every day, unlike other places (I liked it, but I also felt a little bad seeing her so tired). Pam is lovely, funny, and talkative, but we didn't see her often because she was always busy cleaning while we were out sightseeing 😁. Randy is a wonderful Butler, like someone preparing breakfast for his children before they go out to play🥰. He's kind, warm, and always provides us with useful tourist information throughout our stay. We're using this written description to express how wonderful they are.(so sorry for my bad English) If I ever get the chance to come back Vancouver, I'd definitely stay with Pam and Randy again, probably in a different season.🥰🥰

Me alojé recientemente en el Hampton Inn/Hilton de Vancouver y quería compartir algunos comentarios sobre mi experiencia con el equipo de recepción. Lamentablemente, el nivel de servicio no cumple con los altos estándares que suelo asociar con la marca Hampton Inn/Hilton. En concreto: Llegué al hotel a la 1:00 a. m. del 15 de diciembre de 2024 y el personal de recepción me informó que no podía sentarme en el vestíbulo porque mi hora de llegada era a las 3:00 p. m. El trato del personal me pareció despectivo y me pidieron que abandonara el vestíbulo, lo cual fue decepcionante después de un largo viaje. Al llegar, ni siquiera pude evitar tomar un vaso de agua, y no me lo proporcionaron. ¿Se debe a la política del hotel o fue un descuido? Servicios básicos como ofrecer agua a los huéspedes que llegan suelen considerarse una cortesía y pueden mejorar enormemente la experiencia del huésped. Además, el personal de recepción pareció desatento durante el check-in y no atendió mis inquietudes eficazmente. Esta falta de profesionalismo me hizo sentir incómodo. Entiendo que gestionar las interacciones con los huéspedes a veces puede ser difícil, pero creo que abordar estos problemas podría mejorar significativamente la experiencia de futuros huéspedes. We have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us. They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

Este alojamiento estuvo bien para el precio. Obviamente había sido reformado recientemente, ya que todos los armarios eran nuevos. El anfitrión fue encantador y, después de una doble reserva inicial, nos encontró un lugar precioso para pasar la noche en las dos horas siguientes a la reserva. También había cápsulas de café, miel y gel de baño/champú y acondicionador, lo cual fue un buen detalle. Sin embargo, al estar en el sótano, la habitación se ponía increíblemente calurosa por la noche. Conseguimos encontrar un pequeño ventilador de agua para intentar mitigar el calor. No hay mosquiteras en las ventanas, así que tienes que vivir con los mosquitos o con el calor. Ergonómicamente, las puertas del armario no se abrían completamente en el lado izquierdo porque el espacio era bastante pequeño y la mesita de noche bloqueaba la apertura. La cocina también era nueva, pero le faltaban algunos elementos clave para estancias de más de una noche (no había estropajos ni lavavajillas, etc.). En general, diría que el lugar es un 4/5 en invierno, pero un 3/5 en verano.

Review hotel We recently stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel in Vancouver and had a great experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated right in the downtown Vancouver. It made exploring the city and accessing public transportation very easy. Our room was spacious, big space, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea. The staff at Century Plaza were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any requests, which enhanced our stay even further. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options. Overall, our stay at Century Plaza Hotel was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to the city!

Service was good, room was clean and well equipped, although short on coffee pods. The decor was dated as were all appliances and fixtures. Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst ”feature” was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very helpful waitress.

Excelente ubicación en el centro, a pocos minutos a pie de las estaciones de metro y a 30 minutos en metro del aeropuerto. Recepción amable y eficiente. Desayuno básico. La temperatura del aire acondicionado variaba durante toda la noche. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor del hotel. Se puede caminar a Stanley Park, Chinatown y Grandville Island en 30 minutos.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival, always willing to assist with anything we needed. However, when we first entered our room, there was a very strong smell of paint. We were told it had just been painted, but the odor was so intense that staying there would likely have caused discomfort, so we requested a room change. They accommodated our request, although the only available option was a smaller unit. Another point worth noting is that Trip.com indicates the hotel accepts a cash deposit, but at check-in we were informed that only card payments were allowed, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room had some constant noises throughout the day and night — I couldn’t identify the source, and they continued even with the air conditioning turned off. There is also a vending machine right at the hotel entrance, but it was not working properly. I inserted money and did not receive the products; however, the front desk staff promptly assisted me and helped resolve the situation, which I appreciated. Aside from these issues, the hotel offers good value for the price, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions.

Ya no ofrecemos servicio de consigna de equipaje para varios días. ¡Tampoco hay opción de pago! (Aún se puede recoger el equipaje el mismo día). La habitación tiene caja fuerte, pero está situada encima de un armario al que las mujeres tienen difícil acceso. Hay gel de ducha, champú y loción, pero no cepillo ni pasta de dientes. El secador es algo pequeño y no es adecuado para el pelo largo. La ducha está fija a la pared y no se puede quitar. Hay una tienda de conveniencia que no abre las 24 horas a unos 15 metros del hotel.
