En general, mi reciente estancia en este hotel fue una experiencia positiva. El hotel está situado en una zona tranquila y tranquila, con fácil acceso a restaurantes a pie para comer. El hotel dispone de una habitación muy confortable y bien mantenida, con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable. El desayuno ofrecido por el hotel fue básico pero satisfactorio, con una selección decente de opciones para elegir. El barco y el precio de este hotel fueron los principales motivos por los que escogí este hotel. En general, recomendaría este hotel para su ubicación cómoda, personal amigable y alojamiento cómodo.

Limpieza y limpieza, la cama es muy cómoda, las instalaciones son muy completas

Las instalaciones son antiguas, las habitaciones son pequeñas, las ventanas no se pueden abrir, el aire acondicionado de ventana es extremadamente ruidoso, la limpieza es regular y el baño también es pequeño. La ubicación está bien, el servicio es muy bueno, hay mucha gente entrando y saliendo, y los ascensores son escasos.

We had a great stay at Parthenon Guest House! The restroom facilities were very clean, and having 3 showers and 2 toilets for the women’s area was a huge plus—it really helped avoid any long waits in the morning. The room was just the right size for the four of us, cozy but comfortable. We also enjoyed the common area, which had a nice vibe and was a good space to relax. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay!

When we arrived, was told that elevator had breakdown. We had to carry our heavy luggages to the 1st floor when hotel staff should have helped us in managing it. Shuttle service was good, and driver was excellent and friendly. Guided us to the correct terminal for the drop off. Breakfast though simple, but it managed to sooth our hunger. 👍

I was in Schaumburg for a 2 Day conference and chose to stay at a more cost effective location since I was traveling alone and really just needed a decent place to stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted and given my key cards. I drove towards the side door as it was closer to the elevator. Not the hotels fault I guess, but people were smoking in areas I know weren’t designated for smoking. The 2nd floor ***** of ***. I am grateful it wasn’t coming from my room, however: the assigned room did not smell clean at all. I did bring cleaning sprays from home just in case, the room wasn’t clean. I had to wipe the counters , desk and sink top off. They were dirty and sticky to the touch. I was going to ask for staff to come up and check the room but decided not to do that. The next morning I went to the front desk to ask that Housekeeping not clean until I left. Front desk staff was on the cellular device and I had to get his attention. He was nice and courteous but told me that rooms were cleaned once per week. Guess that’s why my assigned room smells the way. While I am an avid dog lover, the dogs coming out the exit when I tried to enter were huge. This gentleman had two and could hardly control them. Nevertheless, you get what you pay for so I can’t be too upset. I just don’t recall this chain being so lax about the amenities, staff professionalism-and cleanliness.

Price pretty much reflected experience. Picked this hotel because it was cheaper than others in the area, very close to O’Hare, and had a free airport shuttle. Lobby and outside of building was slightly deceiving; the atmosphere significantly dwindled once you got to the hallways. Dark, small and creepy looking hallways with no elevator. Rooms were okay. Bathroom was clean but toilet had an ugly industrial handle and pretty much all of the towels had stains on them. Various stains around the room too, such as the curtains which had many odd looking marks (hopefully not blood??) and the comforters had a couple of weird looking spots too. Everything else was fine except for the fact that the fan unit was completely broken and it was hot all night. Service was helpful and the free shuttle was a huge plus, but overall a pretty dingy and outdated hotel. Also, kind of a picky note but vending machines in the lobby only took small bills; no cards.

Lamentablely the staff did not provide much details at check-in, I had to ask after everything was said and done where exactly our room was and they had a hard time explaining that. No se suponía que el hotel dejara de estar en el hotel, pero no se suponía que el hotel dejara de estar en el hotel. También necesitaba pedir más información sobre dónde estaba la máquina de hielo, si un pequeño mapa hubiera sido proporcionado o algo para olvidar las preguntas habría sido útil.  La habitación era muy agradable, excepto para algunos errores en las hojas de una de las camas que se han limpiado en la hoja y luego no se han cambiado después.

Grande servicio, tranquilo, tuvo un gran fin de semana y el desayuno era muy agradable
