A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service and Comfort From the moment I arrived at Little HouseI knew I was in for a great experience. The staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was immaculate, with tasteful decor and an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep every night. The amenities truly set this hotel apart. The rooftop pool provided stunning views, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind. I also dined at the hotel restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding—especially the breakfast buffet, which offered fresh and delicious options. Location-wise, it’s ideally situated for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, with many attractions within easy walking distance. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care the staff put into ensuring my stay was perfect. Overall, Little House made my trip unforgettable. Pro: Overall the hostel control well in security where you enter with password and each floor with their own access door card. Room cleanliness is acceptable Con: Very poor communication where by it took me to message 3rd contact number before I received my check in procedure with first two contact number did not response and reply my message. Basically just ignore without any response. This fist two contact include the one display on Trip.com confirmation email.

1. Hard to contact. I tried to call, WhatsApp, email. No response at all or left on read. We just want to know if its possible to drop off bag before check out. I know it's not compulsory service, that's why we want to ask just incase. But since we can't reach them, we can't plan our itinerary properly. After arrive, finally they answer our call and told us we cant drop off our luggage. So we had to wait at nearest cafe from 10am-2pm. If we know we cant drop off bag early, we might rent a car for that day. Then, even at 2pm, we still had hard time to contact them. 2. Usually all details to self check in will be given before check in time. But we had to contact them first for them to give the passcode. Again we stranded outside hotel just waiting but just for few minutes. Even we met other guest who standing infront of hotel at 4-5pm something and ask us how to get the passcode. If that person just waiting until midnight, does the hotel gonna wait too? If you cant be reachable, at least be proactive before check in time. 3. Sound of shower from other room is bearable. But the smell of smoke??? What kind of ventilation system is that I can smell smoke from other room? Since my room doesn't have window, yeah I'm just having hard time to breath while awake and while sudden wake up during sleep.

¡El mejor hotel de todos los tiempos! Llegué con pocas o ninguna expectativa, me fui con el corazón feliz y satisfecho. Si eres joven y aventurero, ¡este hotel es definitivamente para ti! Situado en el corazón de la ciudad, está a sólo 2 minutos a pie del paseo marítimo. También tienen muchas otras atracciones cercanas, ¡todas a poca distancia! A pesar de su tamaño pequeño y acogedor, el hotel ofrece buenas comodidades e instalaciones como champú, ducha corporal, secador de pelo, desayuno gratuito (¡para todos los huéspedes!), piscina y mucho más. La única desventaja del hotel son las escaleras. Tendrás que subir un tramo de escaleras para llegar al hotel y a la habitación, puede ser un poco agotador, especialmente para las personas mayores. Tienen una plaza de aparcamiento privada detrás del edificio del hotel, a la que se puede acceder a través de la iglesia que hay detrás. Aparte de eso, ¡mi estadía ha sido increíble!

Son super atentos! Si no están en la recepción los podés llamar por whatsapp. Siempre estarán para resolver tus problemas. Son cálidos y amigables. Es un poco limitado en cuanto a espacio, pero muy cómodo. Y son geniales los gatos del lugar!

Location is good However I was being assigned to a top floor room even though there are many available rooms downstairs. Wifi was very weak in the room have to go out to the walkway to get connected Room has no TV Guess for that price can't expect much. Location is very close to Chinatown with many eateries

The staff appear to be quite rude. When i try to sit at the lobby while waiting for my laundry he told me that he need to mop the floor. When i go to the other side he told me off to go back to my room. The next day staff also quite rude, i wait almost half an hour to get my deposit back, ringing the bell but she doesn't come out & when she come out she doesn't even say sorry or smile

My flight got delayed and arrived late, arrived at 11pm. trip.com said 24hour check-in actually not. So I am unable to check in,I have tried to call the hotel several times and no one pick up and I have to booked another hotel and no refund are given.

Cons - pay 1++ but no tv, no remote aircond, no free drinking(coffee or cup), no handle for door room, floor a little bit dirty, no hanging palce for clothes in the room, hotel is beside club which a bit annoy when night, the lightning in room is yellow not led, no workers at reception when above 10p.m, to enter hotel and lift has to use access card which is quiet annoy sometimes. Pros - space in room is average, toilet space is big.
