Their hospitality was truly exceptional—they were always ready to help with anything I needed, whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring my stay was as seamless as possible. The residence itself is charming and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. What truly stood out, though, was the genuine care and attention from the owners. They made me feel like a valued guest, and their positive energy added so much to my stay. The hotel is well located right in the middle of the Bamboo forest. The family that owns it is a great team. As a solo foreigner without a car it's difficult to understand how to explore the scenic area. The son was really informative, very patient and helpful and recommended itineraries for each day. He also explained transport to arrive at the hotel and at my next destination. The mother cooks tasty food with bamboo specialties. The father offers a transport service to take you to the different scenic area points and that was also very helpful. I recommend staying 2 days to appreciate the whole scenic area, and I recommend staying in this hotel. Thank you for helping me during my stay!
