"La ubicación está cerca de la playa de Godfreys, y a pocos minutos a pie de la Plataforma de Viewing de Penguin. Aunque estuve en agosto, no estaba mirando a los pequeños pingüinos, ¡pero vi dos pequeños pingüinos pasar por la puerta de la casa de huéspedes esa noche, es magico! No hay restaurantes ni supermercados cerca, la última se cierra a las 9:00, y es posible que tenga que preparar comida lo antes posible si es demasiado tarde. Nadie en la recepción al llegar, pero las instrucciones de la camioneta y el alojamiento son claras y son muy bien. Mi habitación tiene una pequeña terraza, está orientada a la playa, puede ver el sol salir de la mañana; la habitación es muy bonita, ¡cubrir todos los piscinas de masaje, puede relajarse bien, ¡una excelente experiencia de alojamiento!"

"North western Tasmania has the cleanest air in the world. Imagine then to walk into your accommodation and it smells musty and damp! Worse, there were scented candles in our room to try and cover up the smell!!!! Our room was also very noisy as it opened directly off the common living area and underneath the wooden stairs up to the room upstairs. Couldn't even make a cup of tea to sooth our souls as we were only provided with two teabags - one english breakfast and the other green. All round a disappointing experience on what was otherwise a fabulous holiday"

"The last-minute reservation was a surprise. I got a sea view room from a distance, and there were seagulls everywhere. The seafood restaurant Hursey was right outside the door. The view was really amazing. However, I had to go to another hotel in the town to check in and out. I had to look for it. The service staff was very nice but unprofessional and I had to go through a lot of trouble. highly recommended"

The lady who we saw who is not the owner, as the owner/manager no longer lives there told us to “take it up with him” and the key was in the door….. Room itself was ok. Hardly any space to park. Lucky our car was tiny enough to fit in the driveway…"

"A very lovely hotel. Each person who checks in will receive a card with their name written in pinyin. The room is relatively small, but it is warm as soon as you enter. The heater can also dry socks! But the bathroom is relatively small, especially the basin. It is easy for water to flow out when washing your face😂😂😂"

Toda la casa es una casa privada de 1 kilómetro, la casa es una de ellas. La habitación es una casa tradicional de madera muy típica. La colección es muy limpia. Los productos de cama también son muy buenos. Mi habitación tiene una ropa de seguridad independiente, muy limpia y muy amplia. No hay personal especializado que proporcione servicio de recepción, las instrucciones de la habitación y su estadía se quedarán en el embalaje de la puerta. Será muy conveniente para el alojamiento y la salida. Un poco de té sentado en la puerta delante de la casa, con un viento marino, muy atractivo."

"The location is excellent! Very easy to find, easy to park, close to the sea, and you can see the little penguins returning to their nests when you leave the camp at night. Although there are not many penguins, unlike the groups of penguins on Phillip Island, we saw more than 10 penguins in total, and they were very close. The room facilities are relatively complete, but the bathroom is small and there is no place to put toiletries. There is a supermarket next to the camp, which is also convenient for shopping, but the supermarket closes at 16:00 and opens at 8:00 in the morning."

"Thoroughly recommend The Ark. Our room (The Anderson) had views over the harbour and an outstanding en suite. Rhonda and Chris truly understand hospitality, providing lovely touches such as complementary wine and Tim Tams 🥳 The cooked breakfast they made (including preserves, yoghurt, relishes and bread) was expansive and delicious. This was such a lovely base for our first trip to stunning Stanley."

"Este pueblo tiene sus propias ideas de diseño, los detalles son buenos, los suministros son buenos, la casa de huéspedes y el jardín son muy bonitos. Pero la habitación es muy pequeña, no hay ascensor, el equipaje es muy cansado si vive en el segundo piso, me gusta todo el autoayuda, me siento muy barato. La cabaña de dragón y el Big 4 están muy cerca, y se puede llegar a comer dragón y ver los pingüinos."

"Check in at the hotel, in town was very uninspiring. Just presented with a key and emergency telephone numbers. The apartment was up an outside flight of 15 concrete steps. The room is quite dated, flyscreens on the opening window was not secured, however, on a positive note, the bed was comfortable and linens of good quality. We stayed for 3 nights but didn't have any towels changed during that time!... the room was only serviced on one occasion. Rather disappointed in the lack of service."
