Great room! The panoramic view is fantastic, so it's really worth a little higher price. The room is small, but it is laid out SO well. They made use of every square inch. One thing that is slightly different in the room is that you need to put a room key in the control panel as you enter as it controls the power going on. As you leave the room, you take out your room key, and it turns off all the power. Very green idea. You have a control panel at the entry of the room and on one side of the bed. Motorized blackout blinds are so convenient! There is a slide out drawer under the bed, which we were able to put most of our day to day clothes in for both of us. We hung the rest of our clothes in the closet. Really smart layout of the room, taking into consideration every opportunity of the space and how best to use it. The shower control is a learning process, but the top small lever control is the shower head to the left or the rain shower to the right. The middle is off for the shower. Had a couple of days of the cold water from the rain head when I didn'tt get it turned exactly to the middle when turning off the shower 🥶The lower handle is the temperature. There was also a larger mini fridge in the room that we used to keep drinks and snacks in. I have to give a shout-out to Mitch at the front desk! He was so helpful and informative. The housekeeping was also really great! You can turn on an electronic ”do not disturb” or request a room freshening from the control panel by the door in your room. The staff then can see the lit up panels as to who needs which. One thing I was not thrilled with was the corner cafe. The food choices were really overdone and expensive. They had burned croissants that they kept for the week I was there. They also didn't offer to heat the food. There is tea and coffee available, which I did get in the mornings. The hotel, however, is definitely a place where I will go back to EVERY time. It was conveniently located downtown. The lobby had plenty of seating, a pool table, and WiFi. It seemed that people would stop for a coffee at the cafe and sit in the lobby to work on their laptops and meet up with others. The hotel had some games you could borrow and play as well as some drinks in a cooler to buy. They have the restaurant Terre, but we didn't get a chance to go to. We ate at places all over town recommended by Mitch, all were fantastic.

Reservé este hotel por error, ya que estaba buscando un hotel en San Juan, no en San Juan. No reservas hoteles cuando vayas a dormir y no tuvieras buenas noches de sueño.

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero no se le había dado información sobre las instalaciones del hotel ni sobre las horas del desayuno. La habitación era buena, pero el ventilador de la habitación no funcionaba y las bombas del champú/condicionador/lavado corporal estaban crustáceas y construidas con viejo producto. El hotel está bien situado, y el hotel está bien situado, y el hotel está bien situado.

Todo fue genial. Super limpio, cómodo camas y una maravillosa selección de galletas. Gran calefacción pero la piscina era muy pequeña pero definitivamente trabajaba para nosotros (no quejando simplemente diciendo). El personal era lindo y útil. La ubicación era muy buena.

Lo que me hizo dar a este hotel una 5 estrellas fue el servicio al cliente que recibí de nuestro conductor de servicio de autobús en las primeras horas del hotel y desde él. En el mundo de hoy, el servicio al cliente es muy importante para elegir un hotel y este hombre hizo nuestro viaje muy agradable.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, muy agradable y muy acogedor. Nos ofrecieron una habitación para los padres para que se abrasen cada noche, así como una sala de conferencias para que los niños usasen y realmente dijeron: “Pueden ser tan altos como les gustan en el hotel!” Nunca habíamos tenido eso en un hotel antes! El hotel era moderno y muy limpio. Una de las damas vino a principios de un día para comenzar (gratuito!!) desayuno antes de nuestro 8am juego para que los chicos pudieran comer. Sólo sorprendente!! Si estoy en St, Johns otra vez. ¡Vamos a estar de vuelta!! Gracias de nuevo.

This has always been a favourite of ours. But it has gone downhill. Pool was frigid, not as clean as it used to be. Clumps of hair on the side (in the same spots for both days so not sure when they clean), a brown film on the top of the hot tub. Room was nice but some garbage left from previous guests and the heat didn’t work. Breakfast is no longer included with a stay and the options and prices for the breakfast sent us out early to find food elsewhere. The kids had an awesome time with their friends but I will choose another spot for our next adventure as it didn’t feel worth the $190 to be cold the whole time and mildly grossed out at the pool.
