We stayed 2 nights there , the rooms were good and near . The hotel is very near to Dhal lake. Service is ok. Overall experience is good . And Ishfaq service was good and he is very welcoming and helpful . I would suggest to have a day spent in this resort.

Best place to stay in Srinagar... excellent location, interiors and food. Reception head Mr. Altaf is super supportive person and so does all other staff including restaurant and chef himself. Highly recommending it. Super deluxe room is grt and so does he suite. Very rich feeling and my kids and family enjoyed it at its best.

We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were clean and spacious. It is very near to Dal lake, you can stroll around the lake by walking from here. All amenities were good. Food service was very good, everything was very tasty and made very fast. Mr Ishfaq and Mr Sameer was very helpful.

It was very nice and comfortable stay. Hospitality was awesome. Altafbhai guided us for Sonmarg visit on the shiny day which was really worth it . All the staff including Ashfaq was really polite and cooperative. Property was very good with heated rooms and clean washroom. Parking space was also good and most importantly it was very close to all the tourist attractions in Srinagar.

Excellent location and well maintained resort , no need to go in crowded area for shikara ride as opposite to hotel Shikara point is available, adjoining Nishat bagh . Peace full environment, staff is cooperative, back side rooms are not airy so before booking we should check which rooms they will allots .

I liked the overall experience of the Resort. The room was spacious with very nice woodwork. Altaf and Shaukat provided excellent service as and when required. Food was awesome. We had breakfast and dinner and just loved the taste. Location is best and is between 2 Mughal Gardens.

Value for money Receptionist altaf is polite and helpful Good location near the dal lake Interior of the room is nice but the food is not upto the mark Other facilities like hot water, room heater are all ok If you want to visit with family or couple its not a bad deal at all

Amazing service and hospitality. Very good food and very well managed hotel. People are very helpful too. Specially Aftab and Sameer. The Rooms have all sorts of necessities. The property is neat and clean. It is near dal lake. 200meter walk to dal lake.
