Value for money Receptionist altaf is polite and helpful Good location near the dal lake Interior of the room is nice but the food is not upto the mark Other facilities like hot water, room heater are all ok If you want to visit with family or couple its not a bad deal at all

Very good experience. Altaf was the assigned person and he was very polite and made us feel like a family. Enjoyed the day. Must visit place. Food was good and all the staff were good and polite and made us feel free and confutable. Loved the restaurant stay and food

Altaf , was very good in accommodate the guests and very helpful in taking care of us , food was also good . we really recommend the hotel for family , friend and couples stays ! Hotel was vey clean and hygiene ,our stay was good . Over all good experience .Thanks

Excellent Stay, Super Food and very friendly Staffs...Shaukat bhai and Altaf Bhai, Nice Stay and great view and opposite to dal lake. Nice and pleasent atmosphere all together...Very much recommended for a super Stay 👌 Thanks for and amazing experience.

Firstly, the location of the resort is beautiful, it’s close to dal lake and surrounded by mountains. The resort is very well maintained. Mr Altaf is very welcoming and polite. Food is decent. Would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a stay in a peaceful area away from city chaos.

Very limited breakfast options Maggi is served in breakfast no muffins or cake juices for kids.Two days pooris were served. Need to upscale breakfast options. Premium room needs to be upgraded, it looks like deluxe room. In all you can explore other property as this is. Little outskirts

The hotel is conveniently located. Staff were very helpful in accommodating special needs. Our room was changed without hassle. However, the electricity supply had intermittent issues. During cold times it is not comfortable. Mr Yaseen and Altaf helped us with transport and other needs smoothly. Overall, good place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Kashmir Mahal Resorts. While we initially faced some power issues and inconsistent heating, the staff promptly provided extra blankets until the issue was resolved. The attentiveness of the staff made a big difference, ensuring all our requests were met with care. A special mention to Altaf, who was incredibly helpful and sincere in resolving any concerns. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The kitchen staff were warm and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. Despite the initial hiccups, the service and hospitality stood out, and we would definitely return on our next visit!

We stayed 2 nights there , the rooms were good and near . The hotel is very near to Dhal lake. Service is ok. Overall experience is good . And Ishfaq service was good and he is very welcoming and helpful . I would suggest to have a day spent in this resort.
