Fantastic stay. Decent Food. Extraordinary service! Have no second thoughts about this place while you book. Speckless. Comfortable rooms. We booked four rooms and they provided rooms one beside the other and the stay there was perfect.

Loved the stay, liked the food, staffs are really friendly. Had a great time 😄 South Indian food quality can be improved. Ambiance and the atmosphere is great. Would recommend it for my friends and family. A must visit and stay place in Srinagar

It is great service and excellent hospitality, superb rooms and services, food was amazing specially Jain food. Staff is very good and understanding and front desk is excellent. Excellent property well maintained and clean and nice fragrance......

A first trip to Kashmir .. The Dewan hotel was best stay here. the most impressive venue and interior of amazing quality just like feel of Kashmir from the moment of arrival. Ascent to Dewan in the glass elevator gave us a first glimpse of our view for the afternoon. The quality of the food was very excellent.. the complementary welcome drink. Both equally delicious, whetting our appetite for the courses to follow. Here is make flavour hookha varieties.We both enjoyed the Special hooka . The White Cod was sublime, crumbling on the fork. This was presented in a butter sauce as an allergy adjustment by the chef in place of the seafood. We chose one each of the deserts so as to share. He could not have made us feel more welcome, relaxed or special. We probably out stayed our welcome but Asi allowed us time to take photo graphs and enjoy the view. It is very helpful staff be presented at the end of our time there.....

Worst rooms, drainage smell all over the place, unhygienic food, bed, towels. NO ROOM SERVICE EXISTS IN THIS HOTEL. We had to change rooms 2 times in 3 days and still had to sleep in rooms filled with drainage smell. All food filled with hu*** hair. Idli was served which was 3-4 days old. Every day you will be served same breakfast. You get only one answer for any request “ will call you in 2 minutes” and the 2 minutes never end.
