We visited there for a family trip and it was completely worth it. Amazing hotel,breath taking views, best food and courteous staff. Everything was upto the mark . The infinity pool have the best view of roaring ocean in the background and every room has an extended balcony where you can sit and relax with waves dancing on the front. All staffs were quite professional and courteous. Special thanks to Sansuli ,Manisha for your warm hospitality, to barman Mr. Suresh,Nur singh and F&B team leader Mr. Ranjit for some of the best cocktails from the bar, specially curated as per preferences, to F&B manager Mr. Sunil Kumar for curtailing our every preferences and choices regarding food and beverage. Chef Naidu and Nookaraju were quite proactive with their suggestions regarding sea food and made some delicious sea food that were quite amazing in taste. At last but not least, a big big thanks to Mr. Yona, asst manager from front office, who took care of our entire stay ,was always available for any assistance and put all his efforts to ensure we have one of the best customer service experience. Such humble employees are the real asset for any organisation and people would love to travel again and again for their warm hospitality and customer centric attitude.

Excelente servicio al cliente y comida saborosa

El hotel es difícil de encontrar, incluso para las personas locales de coche/cabina. Hay algunos buenos lugares para comer alrededor. No fue una buena experiencia permanecer en este lugar. En primer lugar, la descripción de las instalaciones son falsas. La persona del hotel culpaba mm t por la información falsa, así que no estoy seguro de quién está en la culpa. Después, la gestión del hotel es totalmente pobre, hubo tanto ruido durante mi estancia. Incluso la habitación del hotel estaba llena de polvo en todas partes. Altamente decepcionado. La ubicación y las instalaciones son apreciables si se pueden gestionar adecuadamente.
