Valoraciones de The Metropolitan Spring Hill

Reservé esta habitación a última hora y, en general, me pareció bastante buena. La ubicación es muy conveniente, se puede ir andando al CBD, y el personal de servicio fue muy amable. El único pequeño inconveniente es que el baño olía mal, ¡espero que lo mejoren!

The room is a bit dusty. There’s a cockroach in the shower. Coming from the CBD, the way is uphill.

I had a pleasant stay at Metropolitan Spring Hill overall. The staff were great throughout the stay — friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made a very positive impression. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the free parking, which is extremely convenient if you’re driving in Brisbane. The only downside was accessibility later at night. After around 8:30pm, access becomes a bit inconvenient and you may need to climb stairs, which could be difficult if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. That said, the rooms were comfortable and the overall experience was good. For the price, location, friendly staff, and free parking, it’s definitely a solid option to stay in Brisbane.

Nice, light and spacious rooms with balcony and really good morning sun. First impression (of hall and hallways) not so good, but room incl. bathroom are modernized and comparatively colorful. Closeby are Seven Eleven and really good cafés and restaurants. 10 min footwalk (downhill from hotel) to Central station, uphill a bus ride is more adviseable when coming with luggage. (bus stop is just across the street). Great public swimming pool only 450 m away.

There is nearly no light in the room, quite dark, also the receptionist is not there all the time. Other things are okay

I booked this hotel for my manager's business trip. The hotel was adequate for a short stay and provided everything needed for a business trip. Nothing particularly stood out, either positively or negatively. Overall, it was a reasonable option that met expectations without being exceptional.

Friendly welcome  Good location for CBD, a short walk but be mindful it is hilly The room was very spacious, we had the king suite, nicely furnished.  There was some nice touches: Slippers (which were comfy) Note book and pen Ammenities provided in the bathroom  Coffee machine and pods  Great place for a quick stopover before an early flight the next morning.

Very friendly staff ,room was very clean but smelly due to overdosing on the nil odour,took nearly 2 days for the smell to be acceptable.We had a room on first floor on the main road so was quite noisy with traffic and from the pub next door.Still good value with free parking and walking distance into city .

The hotel was ok, parking is strange to find. Be aware that older female receptionist spies on you in the carpark and actually came up to me when I was looking under my car seat and accused me of breaking into (my) car and demanded to see proof I was a customer

I arrived Brisbane from a 8 hours night flight which I didn’t rest well. Front counter staff Ben was very helpful and allowed me to checked in to the room at 10.30am and even upgraded my room. A big thanks to him 👏👏👏 The hotel is at the hilltop and you may need to walk up after you go downtown which is just a few hundred metres away. City centre, bus station , train station are all quite near. At this price I believe it’s very much value for money.

It was nice and cosy with customer parking and close to everything

Very enjoyable as I am travelling business and it really save my time as it is close to the town

Good place, nice rooms and friendly staff. Not a lot of choice for evening meals but still ok..

Clean, spacious hotel, has a car park underneath.
