La ubicación es increíble, justo en el rincón de la ciudad. Una zona tranquila en un edificio histórico, todo renovado con una calidad de material muy buena. Las ventanas AC y doble cristal ayudan mucho! ¡Muy limpia y muy espaciosa, me sorprendió el espacio. ¡Es muy conveniente para el taxi bajar o 10 minutos a pie del ferry! ¡Podríamos bajar nuestras maletas a las 9:30 incluso si la entrada fue después de las 1:00 horas. El gerente nos ayudó a llevar las maletas al segundo piso. No dude en volver!

Muy buena ubicación, en el 14o piso de un edificio de escritorio, a 15 minutos de la estación de tren, estación de autobuses, puerto y antigua ciudad, la habitación es muy amplia y limpia y tiene una buena vista (nivel de la escena de segundos). Pero el problema es que el contacto con Trip.com en el hotel es incorrecto (el teléfono de otras compañías de lujo, no de esta tienda), y el hotel no tiene recepción. Me pasó mucho tiempo contactar con el hotel para tratar de la alojamiento. La figura 3 de los comentarios es el teléfono correcto.

4.5 stars. Great stay, really nice staff, but needs to work out its kinks. Lifetime titanium did not receive an upgrade but received water daily and welcome fruit and Bonbons on first and second day of a 5 night stay. They gave a 10 usd credit per dayx2. Initially, I wanted to just use for my morning latte but they could not figure out how to apply it if the amount did not exceed 10 usd so I had to order other things to go above the amount just to get coffee. Also the bar with coffee does not open until after 8:30. This was not communicated when I checked in. Rather than go through the hassle, we applied ot to the 25 euro breakfast which was pretty decent for 16ish but not for 25 euro. In fact it seemed like most people eating had it prepaid as part of a package and the woman at the restaurant seemed surprised that we were not on the list of rooms and wanted to pay for breakfast. I am surprised that they did not include breakfast as a titanium benefit. The room was very comfortable and brand new. The non existing shower door was terrible as it always got water out when showering. I asked housekeeper for an extra bath mat and she said I know I know knowingly when I started explaining. All the staff was very helpful and nice and helped answer questions about the bus and nearby area. Bus stop right in front so very convenient to take the local bus to airport, trogir, solin, etc. The local area is quite far from old town. 20 -30 minute walk to old town/river front. Uber to area was 5.50 euro daily to meet tours. I think as the area develops, I would expect to see two pick up spots. One near the hotel and one near old town. I always felt safe walking to old town and in the area as it is next to several large local apartment complex and always there were people walking around. There is a local mall joker mall 2 blocks away that has grocery, drug store, and one great cevap local restaurant that was delicious. Very happy that we stayed there and appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. I think this will become a big meeting and tour group destination as it is perfect for big bus tour groups who have transport already arranged.

Before arriving, I read reviews of this hotel. Many 1 star ratings with confusing reviews. When we arrived, the reception area is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the sea. There is also a bar and restaurant downstairs. We were on the second floor and there were stains on the carpet in the hallway, but that didn’t affect my hotel room. We walked in the hotel room and it was clean, brand new and spacious. The bathroom was so clean and big. The only criticism of the bathroom is that it doesn’t have an electrical outlet. The room had lots of storage and was well planned. The hotel is about 20 minutes from old town Split so we ate dinner in the hotel. We also had breakfast there. The food was great! Don’t be scared off from the one star reviews!

Muy buena ubicación, en línea de playa, habitaciones y camas impecables, desayuno espectacular, personal con una vocación increíble, estacionamiento propio y muy amplio, fácil para llegar. Lejos el mejor hotel en que me he quedado. El desayuno lo eliges y te lo prepara un chef en el momento, todo muy rico. Al llegar (fuimos en invierno) nos ofrecieron un vino caliente exquisito. Pero lo mejor fue la atención del mozo cuando llegamos y durante el día siguiente, y una crema de zapallo que era increíble, con fetas de zapallo crujiente, semillas de zapallo y aceite de zapallo, realmente una exquisitez. Algún día me iré una semana entera a este hotel!

La playa es todo el rock--traer socks de agua si planeas caer en el mar. Las aventuras de despliegue y decoración de las islas fueron nuestro emblema para viajar. Ddorothyc341My husband and I travelled on the 16th September on British Airways, which took 2hrs 40 minutes from Heathrow. Jet2 stop flying to Split after 31st August during the autumn and winter period. We stayed in 'Up There Design Rooms' which was in an excellent location with a short walk to all the touristy sights and nearby small beach. The rooms were on the 6th Floor gained by an elevator and were fairly basic in as much as furniture. Two swivel stools, a swivel chair, double bed with small tables either side and a clothes closet and shelves. We had a wonderful shower unit, toilet and sink unit with shelves underneath. The room was huge with windows all along this side with a view of lovely little white houses with red roofs going uphill towards the mountains. The window sill went the whole length along the window which was very useful and underneath was a socket for recharging phone or IPad. Incidentally the Wifi was really good. The best part of staying in 'Up There rooms' was the small coffee lounge, where you could help yourself to small biscuits, fruit, tea or coffee any time you needed a little refreshment at tables with some astonishing views of the Port. Adjoining this was the reception desk, manned by three outstanding staff, namely Petra, Valentina and Marko. They gave information about where to go, how to get to, and anything you needed to do, absolutely worth their weight in gold, nothing was a bother for them. THIS made the holiday all the more enjoyable. Couldn't beat this hotel for cleanliness, pristine white sheets, duvet and towels every other day... BLISS. The Old Town was really interesting, with shops, restaurants, and bars scattered around it in centuries old streets and buildings. It's a warren of little streets and took a couple of days to get your bearings in and around it. We found a lovely bar in the Central Square called 'No Stress'. It certainly lived up to it's name. Just sitting there having a quiet drink and people watching was pure relaxation. The waiters and staff were so pleasant and efficient. We didn't have a meal there, but I DID sample their Tiramasui and it was 'top notch' to say the least. The cleanliness was second to none, as the refuse collector came round every Hour in his little truck and picked up the trash from shops, restaurants, and bars, consequently there was not a scrap of litter anywhere. We walked the hind legs of a donkey, as it was so easy to do so, because the terrain was pretty flat around the Port. And there were seats everywhere to rest the weary legs if necessary. The Port was 'busy-busy' and Ocean Liners coming and going each day, and lots of large ferries taking tourists to the surrounding towns and islands. The main promenade area was breathtaking. Best I've ever had the fortune to encounter in my travels and once again immaculately litter-free. We walked up to the Park and the views were superb looking down on to the Port and exquisite promenade. Th

PPeterHabitación muy bonita y amplia, con bonitas vistas a la plaza central. El personal es extremadamente agradable y servicial. Como el hotel es muy pequeño (piso superior del edificio, cada piso alberga un hotel diferente), no hay restaurante en el hotel. para el desayuno, obtienes vales para el restaurante vecino ”bokeria”, que también es muy agradable. el desayuno era excelente, especialmente los huevos escalfados dálmata.
La ubicación del hotel no podría ser mejor, justo en el centro del casco antiguo, todos los lugares de interés están a solo 5 minutos a pie. el hotel se encuentra en una zona peatonal, pero si viaja con equipaje pesado, pueden hacer arreglos para llevarlo muy cerca del hotel (en carrito de golf).
aunque está ubicado en el centro, si tiene las ventanas cerradas, no escucha ningún ruido.
Puedo recomendar esta propiedad a cualquiera que esté interesado en visitar el casco antiguo de Split. Espero poder volver algún día.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está situado a 15 minutos en coche de la antigua ciudad de Split. El hotel está a una distancia justa para conducir al centro. El hotel es nuevo y limpio con un diseño interior moderno de la habitación que le hace agradable para permanecer. El hotel está bien diseñado y se siente muy cómodo.
El desayuno es relativamente simple con poco de elección, pero eso no nos molesta, ya que Split tiene muchos grandes restaurantes allí afuera esperando por nosotros.
En general, estoy satisfecho con esta estancia y recomendaría este hotel ya que es limpio y hermoso.

No se decepcionará con la comida que es de muy alto nivel debido al fantástico restaurante con el que está afiliado en el piso. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los mejores de los que se encuentran en Bélgica, donde se encuentran los mejores de los que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad. La mayoría de los huéspedes parecen estar muy interesados en este hotel y por eso se siente como si estuvieran en una casa en lugar de en un hotel. Las habitaciones pueden ser un poco oscuras y las calles son ruidosas por la noche, pero hay suficiente aislamiento para dormir. El Aircon es un poco racquet y alto pero se acostumbra a él y por unas noches las ventajas superan las desventajas ¡Estar en el corazón de la antigua ciudad es grande! Hay que subir 4 tramos de escaleras, pero ese es el caso de la mayoría de los apartamentos del casco antiguo. La escalera es amplia, alfombrada y fácil de transitar con equipaje. Petra también está en el sitio durante tu check-in para ayudarte. La habitación es preciosa y está bien decorada. Las cortinas opacas y las ventanas insonorizadas ayudan a mantener a raya el caos del casco antiguo. El baño está equipado con artículos de tocador y zapatillas. Hay café y té disponibles. Marko y Petra son unos anfitriones encantadores. Aunque no están en el sitio la mayor parte del tiempo, están a solo un mensaje de distancia en WhatsApp. Me permitieron registrarme temprano cuando llegué antes de lo esperado y me dieron consejos útiles sobre qué ver y hacer. Recomiendo de todo corazón este pedacito de cielo.

UUsuario invitado¡Después de haber reservado un apartamento alternativo cancelado por los huéspedes en el último minuto (2 semanas antes de viajar a Split!!) tuvimos que buscar frenamente un nuevo alojamiento, y me alegro de que estuvimos en la parte central de Pearl! El nombre refleja ciertamente cómo nos sentíamos sobre este lugar. Antes de viajar, los huéspedes nos contactaron para preguntar si necesitamos un traslado del aeropuerto (que rechazamos) y cuánto tiempo llegaríamos. En primer lugar, la ubicación era absolutamente perfecta, a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la Riva, el Palacio de Diocletian y la Estación de Bus, y a unos 15 minutos a pie de la playa Bačvice. Cuando llegamos, nos saludaron un personal muy amable (por desgracia no atrapó su nombre) que nos dio una tarjeta de negocios con el código para entrar en el edificio y un número de teléfono para llamar si necesitamos algo. No vimos a ningún otro personal después de esto hasta que nos demos cuenta, pero nuestros cuartos fueron hechos todos los días por los cuidadores. Las habitaciones no son las más grandes, pero sin duda no están encadenadas en absoluto y absolutamente sin escena, así como están muy decoradas. También nos impresionó el baño (de nuevo, sin puntos), que tenía un paseo en la ducha de lluvia, así como una cabeza de ducha detallista, ambos muy poderosos. También se ha proporcionado un mini frigorífico y secador de pelo, así como un cone de aire muy eficaz. La televisión no tenía señal desde el avión, pero Netflix estaba disponible y se conectó listo para usar (no estoy seguro si se lo dejaba conectado por los huéspedes anteriores o los huéspedes). El único lado de este alojamiento es el ruido de la carretera exterior, ya que se encuentra en la carretera principal hacia la estación de autobuses y puerto de Riva y es muy ocupado a cualquier hora del día y de la noche. Infortunadamente, incluso con las ventanas cerradas, todavía era muy alto, pero en equidad a Central Pearl proporcionaron a ambos para usar ampollas de oreja que eran muy eficaces en bloquear el ruido fuera, así que aún dormimos bien. En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en Central Pearl y volveremos felizmente sin ninguna duda, así como recomendarlo a todos!

El hotel está situado en el piso 3 (camera 2), lo que significa que tenemos una gran vista sobre los techos con el mar a distancia. La habitación era muy buena, muy grande y, como era una habitación bastante grande, hay mucho espacio para dos personas para caminar y no entrar en la manera unos de otros. El desayuno era agradable - abundante para llenarnos y servir hasta el 11:00 no significaba correr. El hotel está muy bien situado en la ciudad, pero no se trata de una caminata muy corta (20 minutos) y puede estar en la playa (paveado por todo el camino) o bien de una simple carretera recta a través de la ciudad. Las playas son un paseo de 5-10 minutos - dependiendo de su preferencia por arena/pebbles/rocas, puedes caminar por el camino hasta encontrar un lugar que te gusta, ya que hay un poco de todo. La piscina era tranquila y relajada, y el sol era muy frío, pero la piscina era muy agradable cuando estabas en el aire. A pesar de que se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie de tiendas, cafés y bares muy animados, el hotel se encuentra justo fuera de una calle tranquila y se siente muy tranquilo considerando lo cerca que estaba todo. En general, nos alegramos de nuestra elección, no hay quejas en absoluto (tenemos una unidad de aire ruidosa fuera de la pared, pero esto fue ordenado el mismo día que lo mencionamos - otra vez, gran trabajo del personal!) Si nos encontramos en Split otra vez, ¡Entonces me alegraría más que quedarme aquí!

No obstante, hay algunas cosas que debemos saber antes de reservar: El hotel está en el distrito histórico a 5 minutos a pie al oeste de la zona Prominade. También, cualquier excursión comenzará con un paseo de la zona a la estación de taxi principal. Navegar la zona puede ser un desafío por primera vez; uno MUSTE tener la capacidad de utilizar su app de mapas. T-mobile - América tiene un plan internacional que le da hasta 2G velocidad ilimitada de datos y texto, pero le recomiendo con gran interés obtener una tarjeta sim local. Hay muchos restaurantes agradables a pie en 2-5 minutos. Además, la oficina se cierra de las 11:00 a las 7:00. Si no pagas por la habitación en línea, necesitas dinero en efectivo local, y necesitas pagar los impuestos en la habitación, y para un taxi si la reservas a través del hotel. (Tienen una opción de celda, pero no puedo conseguirlo para funcionar. Recomiendo dinero en efectivo. En cuanto a dinero en efectivo, se debe obtener de un banco real ATM como las tasas 11% vs el 22-25% algunos ATMs privados.)

UUsuario invitadoI regret to have selected this hotel during my stay in Split. Stay away of it. 🙁 The hotel room was just Ok, but the overall hotel place was not. The pictures of the hotel in this and other booking sites are not showing the real situation of the place. It rests in the upper floors of a sort of abandoned section of a commercial building. The elevators, corridors, lights, are all in very bad state, bad looking, stains all over the old worn carpet, dirty walls. After taking an elevator with a button panel patched with silver tapes and scratched glass panels, you see damaged walls, debris all the way to the reception, which is just a desk in an empty hall. The security of the hotel is an issue as the door of rooms can't be locked from inside. The magnetic card that opens the doors also opens the glass sliding door to the street that remains open whenever a guest opens it and the sensors detect someone walking on the street - as there is a discotheque in the same building, the waiting line to enter the disco reaches the street door and it keeps open as there is always someone standing in front. The noise of the disco is another issue as it is loud and it persists along the whole night till 4am. The parking facility offered to me by the hotel was a single-car garage of someone's house 900m away, and they charged 40EUR for 2 days, what is the same you pay to leave the car overnight in the 2 closer Public parking lots in 2 nights. The sites advertise it as a 4-Star Hotel - this is obviously not overrated – maximum worthy a 1 or 2-star rate. it cannot even be classified as a B&B as there is not breakfast, and they had none to recommend nearby. I have anticipated my checkout in one night and found somewhere else to stay in Split at least to be able to sleep well, and despite they recognize the problems listed above, the hotel manager refused to refund me for this last night and the garage that I did not get to use. They charged the full stay upfront on check in (now I understand why), and then to refuse refund was easier as I had already paid for all nights.

La ubicación es increíble, ya que está cerca de las antiguas paredes romanas, restaurantes, bares, vida nocturna, tiendas y muy cerca de la marina ”Riva”. El hotel está muy bien situado y ofrece un servicio excelente a su disposición.
