The staff deliver exceptional service, from the door man all the way to their housekeeper and front desk staff. Nikita stood out for his attentiveness. From arrival, they offered a welcome drink and snack during check-in, then walked us to our room. They offer breakfast and even extended the complimentary tea offer even after our checkout, which was generous. The shower has impressive water pressure. Strong and comfortable. The breakfast spread impressed me, particularly the pho. A hot bowl of pho feels like a warm hug and theirs surpassed the one we had at a restaurant the day before. The location works well. Ben Thanh Market sits nearby, along with the metro station. The street offers plenty of halal dining options (if that’s what you’re looking for). The food and service won me over. We will definitely return.

El hotel es el hotel más grande de nuestras vacaciones y nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía. El hotel de 5 estrellas dispone de un espacio para mejorar la gestión y el mantenimiento de la casa, pero el nivel de servicio lo cubre bastante. Si vuelvo a la ciudad, me gustaría volver a este hotel.

An amazing boutique hotel in District 3, just a short 10-min Gtab ride away from the more touristy District 1. We booked the corner suite to celebrate our anniversary and was glad we did! The moment we entered the room, we were greeted with a beautiful high-ceiling loft studio suite with lots of cosy and homey vibes. Best of all were the full-length windows that gave a very open rustic cabin lodge feel. Just needed a fireplace to complete it. Loved that it’s not a typical hotel room. Bathroom was just as spacious with a gigantic bath tub for 2! Only setback as highlighted by many other reviewers was the position of the shower, which causes water to pool near the doorway. A layout issue that would be good to fix. Ceiling fan was a little glitchy and didn’t work most of the time. But with the strong aircon, there really wasn’t a real need for the fan. Breakfast spread was great too. Not expansive, but just good with the essential stuff. On the whole, we loved our stay here - the proximity to tourist spots, fairly quiet surroundings, and clean environment. Though a bit pricier as a boutique hotel, we would not hesitate to be back.

I stayed at Dhawa during the September holidays. Before going, I read several reviews, which were somewhat mixed. However, after our stay, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dhawa and had a very satisfying vacation. Of course, there were both positive aspects and some minor points of concern, but overall, I felt that this is a wonderful hotel. Pros: • The shuttle bus between Ho Chi Minh City and the hotel is included in the room rate, saving the hassle of arranging transportation. • The pool is not too deep; even in the adult pool, an average adult can stand upright with their face above water and breathe comfortably. • There are many child-friendly activities, including bubble pools, scheduled regularly, all at no extra cost. This is great since Ho Tram generally has limited entertainment options outside the resort. • All rooms have ocean views. While the rooms are not very large, the design is elegant. I especially liked the shower room design. • Most staff members can communicate in English. • Front desk, pool, kids’ club, spa, and bar staff were friendly and helpful. The staff at the kids’ club, bar, and spa left particularly positive impressions. • The breakfast buffet was satisfying, with especially delicious bread. • There is a free tea, coffee, and cookie service near the front desk; I particularly enjoyed the purple tea. Areas for improvement: • Some staff members were not familiar with the resort’s activity schedule. • Some vending machines were broken and could not be opened manually. • Combs and razors were not provided by default at the sink. I’m not sure if this is for cost-saving or environmental reasons, but it would be appreciated if these were provided in advance, as they are inexpensive items. Points understandable due to high occupancy during the holiday: • Long queues at the front desk caused some delays during check-in. This was likely due to overlapping arrival times from the complimentary shuttle buses. Other resorts offering free shuttles experience similar situations (e.g., Vung Tau Vias Hotel, Holiday Inn Ho Tram Resort). While the hotel technically meets the national 5-star standard for reception hall size (100m²), this is worth noting. • Breakfast buffet required a short wait. On both days, the wait was only about 5 minutes, which was acceptable, even for a hungry toddler. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. We would gladly return and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you very much.

The overall environment is modern and welcoming, which worked well for both boss and colleagues The staff were professional and attentive, providing consistent service throughout the stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, which made the overall arrangement much easier from a coordination perspective. Overall, the stay met expectations, and the experience was enjoyable for both the family and the client. Le Méridien Saigon is a reliable choice for travelers looking for a well-located and comfortable hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, and I would consider booking it again in the future.

Ubicación fantástica, personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas (pero están bien). La única queja es que la iluminación del pasillo (donde están la caja fuerte y los armarios) es muy tenue. Por lo demás, muy bien. El desayuno buffet es el mejor que he probado en el Sudeste Asiático en hoteles de precio similar. El bar de la azotea tiene unas vistas estupendas, pero si no, no lo subiría, ya que la comida es mediocre y las bebidas muy caras. Hay mejores opciones al cruzar la calle. En general, una excelente relación calidad-precio. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente y nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo en nuestra próxima visita.

Me sorprendió ver una bañera grande incluso en una habitación individual. Pregunté por el problema del agua caliente, pero lo solucionaron. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel experience. Great attention had been paid to every detail, from the exterior and interior design to the furnishings. The service was also excellent. You could really feel, through every staff member’s attitude, their genuine desire to make guests enjoy their stay. There was event held at the pool, so we never got bored and were able to enjoy our entire stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of satisfying options. The omelet made by a young chef was especially delicious. At first, the room we were assigned had weak air conditioning, but we were grateful that they promptly moved us to another available room. It was also reassuring to see that repair work on the faulty room began immediately. The room facilities were excellent overall, and having a bathtub was a nice bonus. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the return shuttle bus departs too early at 10:30. Nearby hotels like VIAS Hotel offer departures around 1–2 PM, and even luxury resorts in Ho Tram have shuttle services leaving after 12 PM. Since check-out is at 12 PM, it would have been nice to fully enjoy the room, hotel, and pool until then.

Nos alojamos en el piso 37 y la vista era increíble: se veía el río, la línea de metro y la calle principal. Hay un supermercado abierto las 24 horas justo abajo con muchísima comida y bebida para elegir. El registro fue sencillo y muy práctico, y Ngoc respondió rápidamente cuando necesitábamos algo. El aparcamiento también era bastante asequible. Toda nuestra familia lo pasó genial y fue una experiencia realmente memorable.

El hotel juntito. La habitación está normal. El personal justo. La ubicación... perfecta si vienes desde camboya con giant ibis. Te deja en la puerta. Y la excursión de los tuneles el local contiguo de 10. Lo recomendamos si no eres muy exigente
