We had an amazing stay at S Villa Ha Long! The villa is beautifully designed with a modern and cozy vibe, perfectly located just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The area is peaceful and ideal for relaxing, yet still close to cafes and restaurants. The host was incredibly kind and responsive — we truly felt taken care of. Highly recommended and we’d love to come back!

Pensé que era un hotel, pero resultó ser un alojamiento privado. El uso de la piscina y el gimnasio tenía un coste adicional de unos 1000 yenes. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. El cepillo de dientes era increíblemente barato. El dueño fue amable, pero deberían indicar claramente la diferencia entre un alojamiento privado y un hotel. Por supuesto, no ofrecen servicio de consigna de equipaje.

An exceptional hotel in every sense. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home, thanks to the genuine warmth and impeccable service of the entire team. During our stay, our son became unwell, and the staff went above and beyond to care for us — assisting with medical arrangements and accompanying us to the hospital with remarkable kindness and professionalism. At the same time, they thoughtfully supported my husband and our younger daughter at the hotel, even helping during breakfast, which brought us immense comfort. The hotel also hosted a truly beautiful Christmas Eve dinner, creating a warm and memorable celebration for our family. The Kids Club was outstanding, and the food and coffee were without question the best we experienced on our trip. This level of heartfelt hospitality is rare. A stay we will never forget, and a hotel we will absolutely return to. Highly recommended.

this villa is excellent. Everything is clean. They really helpful there to accommodate you and your family. They have so many cool things for the kids to play and enjoy, close to the beach, the food in the buffet and the restaurant was awesome. We will be back again and again, in fact the whole family really enjoyed this location, the family favourite place of all our travels in the last year. Good job.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is well-suited if you're looking for a good hotel near the harbor for a trip to Cat Ba or for a cruise through Halong Bay. The beach isn't far from the hotel, but it's a bit small. If you prefer a nicer beach or want to stay longer in Halong, you should book a hotel further east of Halong City. One point of criticism is that we weren't allowed to check in much earlier. An additional fee, higher than the price of the hotel room, would have been charged.

Es un hotel de cinco estrellas internacional y bastante moderno. El bufé cuesta 280 por persona, y pedir a la carta tampoco es caro. Cuenta con piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, y una playa privada. Es como el oasis particular de la Bahía de Ha Long.

The booking does not include transfer which you need to pay separately. The food served on board is delicious and all are served by course except for lunch on day 2. Drinks (exclude water from water cooler) need to be purchased but the price is reasonable. The tour is fun and the guide/manager share a lot. The staff is very friendly too. They also arranged for surprise e.g. upgrade our room to suite and decoration as it is honeymoon trip. Definitely recommended. As for the transfer, the ride is comfortable but, the driver has attitude problem. If you did not give tip on your journey to halong bay, he will switch off free WiFi n charging port on our return trip.

El ambiente de 5 estrellas se percibe desde la llegada con la excelente bienvenida del personal, tanto en la puerta como en recepción. Fueron muy amables y todos hablaban inglés, lo que nos permitió una comunicación excelente. Nos alojamos 5 días y disfrutamos de un desayuno excelente, con un buffet de tamaño mediano pero con lo esencial para una opción occidental u oriental. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, aunque necesitarían una limpieza adicional. El aire acondicionado funcionaba a pesar de que se mantenía a una temperatura fija de 21 grados. Los restaurantes son buenos, con una cocina bien elaborada y cócteles regulares. Aprecié la piscina y el gimnasio, que no son muy grandes, pero están limpios, organizados y funcionan bien. Aunque está un poco lejos del bullicio del centro (bueno para el ruido, pero un poco incómodo para viajar), lo recomiendo.

Eligimos el crucero de la firma de Ambassador en la bahía de Lancha para evitar la multitud, la decisión es muy correcta. El paisaje aquí es más tranquilo y la gente es menos. La habitación es muy amplia y hay balcón privado, muy adecuado para relajarse. El personal es muy intimidad pero no se molesta. La comida es buena, en general, una viaje muy fácil y agradable. Recomendamos a los turistas que le gustan las vacaciones tranquilas.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff were amazing—so welcoming and helpful. We came as two families with five children and got four rooms. All the rooms were very clean and well equipped. The location is also excellent—very close to the center and to the boats, which made getting around super easy. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the hotel was with our dietary needs. Since we keep kosher, they kindly let us use their restaurant kitchen to cook our own food. That kind of flexibility and kindness made a huge difference for us.
