Dear Vala Hua Hin Management Team, On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms. However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included. I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible. After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort. When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival. I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. The variety of breakfast is quite good and the environment is relatively nice. The skills of the spa therapists are excellent. The room is very spacious, and the hot water pressure is sufficient. However, a downside is that I found many mosquito corpses on the bathroom floor and terrace glass.

First time try this resort. The resort is huge. Good breakfast. Lotsa varieties. Less crowded compared to dusit thani. Good location. In fact just learnt that avani is part of dusit thai. There's EV charger in the resort. There are also shelter for carpark but few defects in the room. 1) Room has smell 2) Shower room water clogged 3) Mini bar not chill. Feedback to Management and they rectified quite fast. I'll give them a chance, will return to avani again.

The hotel is next to the beach with beach access. The pool suite is not at the main hotel building but it have to croos small road and this building have itsown pool and fitness. I was stay in 3rd floor, and not able to see the sea from the room. but the room was well build and clean. The pool was big enough for short swim and direct access with bathroom. They have a good choice of breakfast from western to thai.

The resort itself is really stunning, lovely gardens and pools, nice beach, the room was comfortable but could need updating but was clean. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The letdowns for us were, many times we went to get towels by the pool, they were all gone and I eventually complained about this and was told someone would get back to me, they never did. The biggest inconvenience was they had an Indian wedding on for 3 days and basically, this took over just about the whole resort with many areas closed to accommodate this event, we can understand 1 day maybe but this went on and on, a 3 day event, the music, so loud, the screeching sounds, it was just too much, most of the day and night until late, we chose this resort to relax and unwind but it did really interfere with our stay, we would go back but not if these events took place again while staying. The lady who looked after our room was absolutely lovely and works so hard, her name was Phatcharaporn. The management here need to think of their other guests and not just the events they hold or they are going to lose customers, they gave us a very small credit toward some food or drink but honestly, it was a slap in the face, you can do better guys, next time when people book, let them know immediately if there is an event on, so they can make other arrangements elsewhere. Sorry but this really left a bad feeling for us and I know we were not the only ones, talking with some other guests

ห้องพักกว้างเงียบสงบ สระน้ำออกแบบมาได้ดี โอกาสกระเด็นมาข้างล่างน้อยมาก แต่เจอห้องด้านบนมารยาทไม่ดี ส่งเสียงดังและจงใจทำให้น้ำกระเด็นลงมา 2 รอบ ห้องอยู่ด้านหลังโรงแรม เดินไปชายหาดต้องข้ามฝั่งถนนไปประมาณ 50 เมตร อาหารเช้าเยอะพอประมาณ แต่ไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย ไม่ค่อยเน้นอาหารไทย พวกขนมปังคุณภาพไม่ดีเท่าไร

Good value for money. Exceptional breakfast with many options. Underground parking garage if you have a car. Right on the beach and close distance to Hua Hin.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Hua Hin, donde se encuentran los niños, y el personal está muy bien formado para atender sus necesidades y está motivado y amigable. Los niños siempre aman jugar en las islas inflables que se apoyan, aunque durante algunos años se mantienen mejor que otros. La casa de la ciudad está muy bien equipada y está muy bien equipada. No obstante, con 2 niños que no comen demasiado, no es algo que optemos para más tarde en nuestras visitas y buscamos las opciones de desayuno fuera. La ubicación está un poco fuera del camino, por lo que es mejor si tiene su propio transporte si no quiere quedar atascado con opciones de hotel.

Ya fui a la segunda ronda. En la primera vuelta, ir el sábado estuvo muy bien. El restaurante está abierto hasta las 11 de la mañana. Hay fiesta de la espuma y actividades aptas para niños. Pero esta segunda vez fue un día festivo que cayó en lunes. El restaurante cerró 1 hora antes que el sábado, por lo que no pudimos desayunar a pesar de que ya habíamos pagado dinero. Muy triste, pero el personal de servicio fue bueno. También hay una sala de cine para ver. Una amplia piscina. Cada habitación puede ver el mar. El balcón protegido parece un poco viejo. Si mejorara sería muy bueno. El alojamiento está al lado del mar, pero no se puede nadar en el mar, hay muchas medusas. y las olas son muy fuertes Pero en el hotel hay arena para que los niños la saquen y jueguen. Considerándolo todo, está bien.
