This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay. When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience. Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost. Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing!! We already booked our next stay. Beautiful beach, kids activities like kids jet ski, swim up bar, great customer service! A bit pricey but well worth the cost.

Antes de venir, investigué mucho sobre el Amari. Había opiniones buenas y otras que decían que no valía la pena. Después de tres noches, debo decir objetivamente que las instalaciones del hotel son un poco viejas, pero la estancia fue muy cómoda y superó mis expectativas, fue excelente. La ubicación del hotel está a orillas del Golfo de Tailandia. A pocos pasos y cruzando la calle está la playa. Además, justo al salir hay varios restaurantes y un 7-Eleven, así que es muy conveniente para comer y beber. El desayuno del hotel es definitivamente mejor de lo que algunos comentarios en línea dicen. La variedad es bastante completa, y aunque algunos sabores no son los mejores, es fácil encontrar algo que te guste y quedar satisfecho. Especialmente la fruta es muy fresca y hay muchos tipos de zumos. Las instalaciones de la piscina son sin duda lo más destacado y la razón más importante por la que elegí el Amari. Los niños se lo pasaron genial, especialmente con los toboganes de agua, ¡no se cansaban de jugar! La habitación familiar tiene una cama grande de dos metros y una litera, lo que es muy cómodo para 2 adultos y 2 niños. Lo que sí tengo que criticar es que el aire acondicionado es muy viejo y ruidoso. Además, la habitación familiar no tiene buenas vistas, no se ve el mar. Pero todo esto es superable. En general, estoy muy satisfecho, mi familia también está contenta y consideraremos volver.

Las habitaciones son enormes, limpias y bien amuebladas y el desayuno incluido supera mis expectativas. Sin embargo, me decepcionó un poco no por el hotel sino por los servicios de spa/masajes, ya que no pudimos conseguir un lugar porque estaba completo. Para cualquiera que planee quedarse aquí, reserve su cita de spa/masaje unos días antes de registrarse en el hotel para asegurarse de obtener un espacio para masaje/spa.

Objetivamente no es un 5*... Bueno *3. El desayuno es escaso en cuanto a platos, pero todo es sorprendentemente comestible. Ubicación: la llamamos en ruso ”acogedor f...s”. A unos 5 km de la terminal 21, el mercado más cercano y las tiendas de masajes están a 2 km del hotel. El hotel en sí, aunque está en sus inicios, todavía está vivo. Limpian normalmente. El hotel es tranquilo, a diferencia del centro de la ciudad.

A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. El hotel tiene un buen ambiente. Hay dos piscinas infinitas, ambas equipadas con bares. El restaurante al lado de la gran piscina también puede pedir comida para llevar a la habitación. El hotel es un grupo y pueden comunic**** entre sí. Está ubicado en el mejor mirador de Pattaya y ocupa unas condiciones naturales únicas y favorables. El hotel existe desde hace más tiempo que yo, por lo que el entorno es general. Pero hay cosas muy buenas, como por ejemplo: hay una piscina infinita y el restaurante Cliff Sunset está a 5 minutos a pie. Doy 1 punto por el servicio de otros hoteles. El personal de limpieza no reemplazaba los cepillos de dientes, las pantuflas desechables y no había un encargado en el lobby para guardar el equipaje. Esperé 15 minutos y el resto de la gente no tenía sentido del servicio. En definitiva, si no te importa el servicio, este hotel es una muy buena elección.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Arriving in the early morning after a long international flight, we were met with outstanding hospitality from the very first step into the lobby. Our room was absolutely stunning, featuring a private balcony with a breathtaking view. It was thoughtfully appointed with every amenity we could need. A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest. The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day. We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us. Combining a stunning beachfront location with impeccable service and genuinely friendly staff, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.
