Hoteles con spa en Lombok

This was a treat as it’s a birthday celebration but it soon turned into a series of unfortunate events. The service and staff are amazing but their rooms have a serious bug problem. We woke up in the middle of the night to find our pillows covered with winged bugs that looked like ants, they were in the pillow and on the pillow, upon inspection there were more on the headboard and on the sofa by the window. We started to also notice dust piles on the floor in the room too, so we suspect they are eating at the wood. It was pretty alarming to find and have bugs crawling on your bed and we soon found out it was on our bags too. A staff member was quick to come to our room to inspect but the main team have already gone home. They allowed us to switch rooms but it looks like the problem is in the other room too. By the bed, more dust piles and on the sofa more bugs. It’s midnight so we sprayed the bed with bug spray and hope no more will crawl on us. As well as this their sink was blocked. We are both adventurous people, slept in the rainforest before, camped etc so we are not scared of bugs but when these could be termites or carpenter ants, our biggest worry is bringing them home. It’s not a nice situation for them either given their buildings are 200 years old. The next morning comes and the situation was not handled like a luxury hotel would. No one came to speak to us about it and no apology until I mentioned it at reception. The room they moved us to was also a smaller one so we effectively paid for a bigger room that we couldn’t stay in, this also wasn’t mentioned. There were positives like free bike usage, good cocktails, board games in lobby and a clean pool but I wouldn’t say this is a luxury hotel but more like a 3 star hotel with a 5 star mask. All in all, a birthday that wasn’t a treat.

Это лучший отель, в котором я когда-либо бывала. Невероятно красивый, чистый и эстетичный. Территория настолько большая, что создаётся ощущение уединённости — будто всё здесь предназначено только для тебя. Это именно то место, куда хочется возвращаться, зная, что каждый день, проведённый здесь, станет особенным. Уже на ресепшене гостей встречают вкусным смузи и снэками. К услугам постояльцев — бесплатные велосипеды и отдельная парковка. От каждого сотрудника ощущается невероятная забота и высокий уровень сервиса. Мы также посетили массаж — по моей просьбе его организовали на свежем воздухе, что стало особенно ценно. Это яркий пример клиентоориентированности во всём 😍. Сам массаж был великолепным, мастера — настоящие профессионалы. Отдельного внимания заслуживает ресторан на территории. Приятный контингент, безупречный сервис и атмосфера роскоши напомнили мне отели на Мальдивах. Все блюда оказались вкусными и изысканными. Завтрак можно заказать как в номер, так и в ресторан прямо на пляже. Отдельное восхищение вызывает система безопасности. Здесь вы всегда чувствуете себя в полной гармонии и комфорте. На острове Гили каждый может свободно гулять где угодно, но именно в этом отеле особенно тщательно следят за порядком. Мы отдыхали здесь с подругой, и до сих пор вспоминаем тот день как один из самых счастливых. Огромную роль в этом сыграли сотрудники отеля, его атмосфера, эстетика и внимание к каждой детали. Благодарю вас всем сердцем! Я обязательно вернусь — одна, с друзьями или близкими — ведь знаю, что всё будет безупречно. Это место хочется рекомендовать всему миру. Впервые пишу такой отзыв, и, честно, слов всё равно не хватает, чтобы передать то счастье, которое мы испытали! ❤️

A cozy paradise with turtles by the shore and kind hearts💕🏝️ Our vacation in Gili exceeded all expectations, and this amazing hotel is a great credit for this. We found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy corner where every detail is created for relaxation. The premier room was made with comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was perfect, which was monitored daily, and the snow-white linen added a sense of homely comfort. A special delight is the bathroom with an open roof — taking a shower under the stars was magical.🛁 The hotel is surrounded by greenery and bright colors, 🌸 behind which you can see the tremulous care of the staff. And right across the street, literally 30 seconds away, begins the best beach with giant sea turtles! Seeing them every day by the shore is priceless.🐢 Furry residents: Cute red cats live on the territory, which create a special atmosphere of home warmth. Be sure to feed them when you stop here! And just behind the hotel there is a local shelter for cats. If you have the opportunity, take some food there or make a small donation. It's a small thing for you, but it's a huge help for them.🐈 Special thanks to manager Sam! This man has a big heart. 💖He was incredibly attentive, helped us solve any issues, and told stories about the island and local life with such love that we got into this place even more. Sam, we sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and good health! It is thanks to such sympathetic and kind people like you that such places become truly special.🫶 This hotel and the entire island of Gili gave us not just a vacation, but a feeling of harmony and warmth. Мы нашли именно то, что искали: тихий, уютный уголок, где каждая деталь создана для расслабления. Номер премьер был выполнен с комфортом. Кровать невероятно удобная и мягкая. Чистота идеальная за которой следили ежедневно, а белоснежное бельё добавляло ощущение домашнего уюта. Особый восторг это ванная с открытой крышей — принимать душ под звёздами было волшебно. Отель утопает в зелени и ярких цветах, за которыми виден трепетный уход персонала. А прямо напротив, буквально в 30 секундах ходьбы, начинается лучший пляж с гигантскими морскими черепахами! Видеть их каждый день у самого берега — бесценно. Пушистые жители: На территории живут милые рыжие котики, которые создают особую атмосферу домашнего тепла. Обязательно покормите их когда остановитесь здесь! А сразу за отелем находится местный приют для кошек. Если у вас будет возможность, отнесите туда немного корма или сделайте небольшой donation. Для вас это мелочь, а для них — огромная помощь. Отдельная благодарность — менеджеру Сэму! Этот человек с большим сердцем. Он был невероятно внимателен, помогал решать любые вопросы и с такой любовью рассказывал истории об острове и жизни местных, что мы проникались этим местом ещё больше. Сэм, мы всей душой желаем вам скорейшего восстановления и крепкого здоровья! Именно благодаря таким отзывчивым и добрым людям, как вы, такие места становятся по-настоящему особенными. Great service from staff, daily buggy sending in and out, breakfast served daily with diff menu, and room is spacious and clean.

En total hay 4 edificios. Las habitaciones Deluxe Ultimate, en un edificio de 4 plantas en la parte trasera, son más nuevas y están muy bien amuebladas. Las habitaciones Deluxe Classic (en edificios de 3 plantas) se ven algo viejas y desgastadas, y algunas de ellas (en el primer edificio, el más cercano a la recepción) están en renovación. Actualmente se están realizando obras junto a la recepción y en el primer edificio del hotel; por suerte, no oí ningún ruido ni molestia desde mi habitación. La recepción es muy lúgubre y está poco iluminada, y el pequeño vestíbulo no es un lugar donde apetezca quedarse. La hora de entrada estándar es demasiado tarde, a las 15:00. No utilicé las dos piscinas, ya que estuve allí en temporada de lluvias y llovió intermitentemente la mayoría de los días. El nuevo restaurante del hotel, en la parte trasera, tiene aire acondicionado (y también una terraza), está muy limpio y tiene un ambiente estupendo. El desayuno buffet ofrece una gran variedad de opciones: algunas son buenas (pizza, aperitivos y algunos platos calientes), mientras que otras, como la bollería (fría y blanda) y los postres fríos (bonitos pero excesivamente dulces), no me resultaron atractivas. El wifi era extremadamente lento y se desconectaba con frecuencia en la habitación; la mejor señal se encuentra en el restaurante y la recepción. En general, me encantó la espaciosa, bonita y bien amueblada habitación Deluxe Ultimate, la vegetación que la rodea y el amable servicio del personal.

location: 4.5/5 - not far from the airport. about 40 mins to an hour. secluded. perfect for staying in and spending time and money on the services they provided service: 4.9/5 - the staff are friendly, attentive, helpful all that without being ‘too much’. any requests must be liaised through whatsapp, since they don’t have a phone in the villa, they will reply within 10 minutes. the 0.1 minus was bc i put a special request and they didn’t bother to do it. tried to book a massage appointment last minute too bad they have no availability. food: dinner 5/5 - prices after tax are still very affordable. had steak & frites for less than rm60 (Malaysia could neverrrrr). cocktails selections are good and strong. breakfast 4.5 - wide selections but nothing extraordinary. they have eggs station but the eggs were bland. your normal breakfast buffet spread mix of both asians and western price: a little on the higher side and i’ve spent a fair share of staying in nice resorts around Lombok but no complaints because i know what i wanted

El lugar es bueno al lado de las tortugas. Pero la villa está muy mal limpia, durante mi semana de estadía la limpiaron dos veces, ¡y cambiaron la ropa de cama una vez! (((( La segunda vez solo sacudieron las migas de la cama con una escoba y no las cambiaron. Los pisos nunca fueron lavados en absoluto (había muchos ciempiés en la villa 😭 se arrastraban justo por el dosel por la noche, me quejé, me cambiaron rápidamente a otra villa, había menos ellos allí, pero estaban arrastrándose. Responden rápido en WhatsApp. El agua de la ducha era salada y apenas salía, no había agua caliente, pero también lo reporté y todo fue arreglado con agua fresca, buena con buena presión y caliente. No entiendo por qué esto no fue hecho de inmediato antes del check-in. En general, si hubieran limpiado bien desde el principio y preparado todo, con gusto habría regresado el próximo año.

Bonito hotel, el cual conserva el toque antiguo. Muy acogedor, con un servicio excelente. Tiene la playa a dos pasos, aunque no es recomendable bañarse debido a las fuertes olas y la suciedad de la orilla. Mejor zambullirse en la piscina, que por sorpresa casi nadie usa. El hotel también dispone de unas tiendecitas donde se pueden encontrar productos a precios muy baratos. Además, si quieres ir a centro de Mataram, rápido y barato.

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.

Bonito hotel con spa propio. El personal es amable y servicial. La única razón por la que no le di las 5 estrellas fue porque había una fuga en la habitación de arriba que no se molestaron en arreglar. Por suerte, ambos teníamos tapones para los oídos para dormir por la noche. Además, la bicicleta que nos dieron se estropeaba constantemente, así que les devolvimos el dinero y conseguimos otra en otro sitio. El hotel nos devolvió el dinero rápidamente, se disculpó y se ofreció a traer una nueva, pero simplemente fuimos a otro sitio que habíamos alquilado antes. Tienen una bonita piscina y un desayuno delicioso.
