Территория настолько большая, что создаётся ощущение уединённости — будто всё здесь предназначено только для тебя. Это именно то место, куда хочется возвращаться, зная, что каждый день, проведённый здесь, станет особенным. Уже на ресепшене гостей встречают вкусным смузи и снэками. К услугам постояльцев — бесплатные велосипеды и отдельная парковка. От каждого сотрудника ощущается невероятная забота и высокий уровень сервиса. Мы также посетили массаж — по моей просьбе его организовали на свежем воздухе, что стало особенно ценно. Это яркий пример клиентоориентированности во всём 😍. Сам массаж был великолепным, мастера — настоящие профессионалы. Отдельного внимания заслуживает ресторан на территории. Приятный контингент, безупречный сервис и атмосфера роскоши напомнили мне отели на Мальдивах. Все блюда оказались вкусными и изысканными. Завтрак можно заказать как в номер, так и в ресторан прямо на пляже. Отдельное восхищение вызывает система безопасности. Здесь вы всегда чувствуете себя в полной гармонии и комфорте. На острове Гили каждый может свободно гулять где угодно, но именно в этом отеле особенно тщательно следят за порядком. Мы отдыхали здесь с подругой, и до сих пор вспоминаем тот день как один из самых счастливых. Огромную роль в этом сыграли сотрудники отеля, его атмосфера, эстетика и внимание к каждой детали. Благодарю вас всем сердцем! Я обязательно вернусь — одна, с друзьями или близкими — ведь знаю, что всё будет безупречно. Это место хочется рекомендовать всему миру. Впервые пишу такой отзыв, и, честно, слов всё равно не хватает, чтобы передать то счастье, которое мы испытали! ❤️

This was a treat as it’s a birthday celebration but it soon turned into a series of unfortunate events. The service and staff are amazing but their rooms have a serious bug problem. We woke up in the middle of the night to find our pillows covered with winged bugs that looked like ants, they were in the pillow and on the pillow, upon inspection there were more on the headboard and on the sofa by the window. We started to also notice dust piles on the floor in the room too, so we suspect they are eating at the wood. It was pretty alarming to find and have bugs crawling on your bed and we soon found out it was on our bags too. A staff member was quick to come to our room to inspect but the main team have already gone home. They allowed us to switch rooms but it looks like the problem is in the other room too. By the bed, more dust piles and on the sofa more bugs. It’s midnight so we sprayed the bed with bug spray and hope no more will crawl on us. As well as this their sink was blocked. We are both adventurous people, slept in the rainforest before, camped etc so we are not scared of bugs but when these could be termites or carpenter ants, our biggest worry is bringing them home. It’s not a nice situation for them either given their buildings are 200 years old. The next morning comes and the situation was not handled like a luxury hotel would. No one came to speak to us about it and no apology until I mentioned it at reception. The room they moved us to was also a smaller one so we effectively paid for a bigger room that we couldn’t stay in, this also wasn’t mentioned. There were positives like free bike usage, good cocktails, board games in lobby and a clean pool but I wouldn’t say this is a luxury hotel but more like a 3 star hotel with a 5 star mask. All in all, a birthday that wasn’t a treat.

This resort is so beautiful and the people are so friendly. They are busy with renovations but it had no impact on our stay. We booked for two nights and immediately booked two more nights. The beach area is so clean and the sunbeds are only reserved for those who stay at the resort. We saw many turtles from the sunbeds and it was an amazing experience. Service staff is very friendly and accommodating. The villa itself is super beautiful , neat, huge and the bed is very comfortable. The pillows are sturdy and overall it is very nice. It’s a ten minute slow walk to the pier but that’s a nice walk. The breakfast is not buffet but you can order multiple dishes from the menu which is super nice. Will we come back again…YES! I strongly recommend this place to all travelers.

Lo más molesto: el bar/restaurante funciona de forma independiente del hotel y no hay manera de preautorizar la tarjeta de crédito. Por lo tanto, uno está pagando constantemente: desayuno, almuerzo, copas después del trabajo, cena... es imposible irse sin efectivo. El personal del hotel no es muy eficiente: pedimos agua y nunca nos la trajeron; pedimos que nos cambiaran las toallas y la señora de la limpieza no lo hizo; y cuando pedimos reservar un carruaje de caballos para ir al muelle, se les olvidó...

En total hay 4 edificios. Las habitaciones Deluxe Ultimate, en un edificio de 4 plantas en la parte trasera, son más nuevas y están muy bien amuebladas. Las habitaciones Deluxe Classic (en edificios de 3 plantas) se ven algo viejas y desgastadas, y algunas de ellas (en el primer edificio, el más cercano a la recepción) están en renovación. Actualmente se están realizando obras junto a la recepción y en el primer edificio del hotel; por suerte, no oí ningún ruido ni molestia desde mi habitación. La recepción es muy lúgubre y está poco iluminada, y el pequeño vestíbulo no es un lugar donde apetezca quedarse. La hora de entrada estándar es demasiado tarde, a las 15:00. No utilicé las dos piscinas, ya que estuve allí en temporada de lluvias y llovió intermitentemente la mayoría de los días. El nuevo restaurante del hotel, en la parte trasera, tiene aire acondicionado (y también una terraza), está muy limpio y tiene un ambiente estupendo. El desayuno buffet ofrece una gran variedad de opciones: algunas son buenas (pizza, aperitivos y algunos platos calientes), mientras que otras, como la bollería (fría y blanda) y los postres fríos (bonitos pero excesivamente dulces), no me resultaron atractivas. El wifi era extremadamente lento y se desconectaba con frecuencia en la habitación; la mejor señal se encuentra en el restaurante y la recepción. En general, me encantó la espaciosa, bonita y bien amueblada habitación Deluxe Ultimate, la vegetación que la rodea y el amable servicio del personal.

Un lugar maravilloso para alojarse cerca de Senggigi para nuestra luna de miel. Un buen lugar para dormir tranquilo y un punto de control para llegar a la playa y a los restaurantes. Al principio nos alojamos en una habitación deluxe con cama extragrande, pero había un ciempiés en la ducha; después de que el personal rociara pesticida en las aguas residuales, las cucarachas entraron arrastrándose al baño. Gracias al maravilloso servicio del personal, pudimos mejorar nuestra habitación a una suite. Ustedes se merecen todas las estrellas por ayudarnos. Gracias por el servicio de primera y la maravillosa habitación.

¡Maravillosa estadía en Pullman! Perfecta playa frente al mar azul claro. Llegamos tarde debido al horario del vuelo, les habíamos enviado un correo electrónico antes, pero no obtuvimos respuesta. Se lo mencioné a Elang (recepcionista) para que lo manejara de manera profesional. Habían programado un servicio de traslado a Kuta. El desayuno era caro. ¡La habitación era excelente! ¡Me encanta la habitación!

Nos alojamos con tres niños en una habitación comunicada. Las habitaciones y los baños están limpios. Las habitaciones son un poco anticuadas, pero no es un problema. El personal es amable. El servicio de limpieza responde muy rápido. El desayuno se adapta más al gusto local, aunque tienen muchas opciones occidentales como croissants, pan, cereales, panqueques, gofres, etc. La piscina es increíble y está muy limpia. Podemos ver a los limpiadores limpiar la piscina todos los días. Tienen 3 o 4 piscinas diferentes con diferentes niveles de profundidad. Se ve a niños y adultos divirtiéndose. La ubicación del hotel está cerca de la playa de Tajung Bias, que está a 5 minutos a pie y tiene una bonita franja de restaurantes y paseos a caballo para niños a lo largo de la playa.

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.

Este es el hotel más encantador y acogedor; todo el personal está dispuesto a ayudarte y apoyarte. Tuve un accidente y, sin excepción, todos los amables empleados de este hotel me ayudaron a reparar mi motocicleta y me brindaron asistencia. Las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas. Las limpian a diario y, a veces, sirven desayuno buffet y otras veces a la carta. Todo estaba delicioso. La ubicación es magnífica. Pero lo que más recuerdo es la amabilidad y el cariño de todos.
