Tuscasì Aparthotel ★★★

"Es un hotel bastante nuevo a las afueras de un pueblo, a unos 10 km de Siena. Sin embargo, los materiales son bastante baratos. Los acabados no siempre están a la altura. Hay un amplio aparcamiento gratuito debajo del hotel con plazas muy amplias. Reservamos un estudio de 30 m², pero nos cambiaron gratis a un apartamento más grande de 55 m² (n.º 102). El baño estaba limpio, pero el personal de limpieza aún debería prestar más atención al sellador. También lo comunicamos a recepción. El inodoro tiene un sistema de descarga extraño: no es una cisterna, sino una palanca que abre un grifo. No funciona muy bien. El desayuno es bastante básico y las recargas podrían/deberían ser mejores. Tuvimos que pedirlas con demasiada frecuencia. Detrás del hotel hay un restaurante muy agradable con una buena relación calidad-precio. Comimos allí dos veces y en ambas ocasiones lo disfrutamos muchísimo. Sin duda, volveremos a visitar esta región y este hotel probablemente será nuestra elección. El precio de las habitaciones también era bastante razonable en comparación con las habitaciones en Siena, lo cual es una ventaja."

"This is the second time we’ve stayed here as a family. We will definitely return. It is perfect in every possible way. The staff are so friendly and helpful - they treat you like family. The rooms are spotlessly clean (in fact the whole hotel is immaculate). The decor is chic. The pool is super clean with plenty of loungers and parasols for those who want shade from the Tuscan sun. Breakfast is beautiful with a selection of pastries, meats, cheese, yogurt, fruit, cereal, eggs etc. Dinner at the restaurant is also very good in a stunning setting. Part of me doesn’t want to give 5 stars because we want to keep it a secret for ourselves x"

"We had been staying at location inside the walls of Lucca for a few weeks and needed a 2 night escape. We booked with Residence Arianna so we would be close to Volterra and Siena for some day visiting. Caterina & Fabio have this wonderful, clean and semi modern building about 1/2 way in-between the places we wanted to visit. The apartment we got was on the top floor (unit 10). There is a lift for easy access. The apt itself is great for a few nights. Is very roomy, although the shower is a bit cramped. The kitchen is pretty good, but could use a few extra pans etc. When we asked for a coffee maker, Caterina not only brought us one but also some pretty good coffee. They put on a decent breakfast and there is an onsite restaurant open at dinner time run by Their daughter Arianna and serves up pretty good pasta which we tried one of the nights we were there. And the big bonus is there is a nice large lap pool which we used both days we were there in the hot afternoons - great way to cool off. Highly recommended for creature comforts and location."

Location is near many Tuscany highlights, the pool is amazing, we loved the ‘garden room’ to dine outside with veggies and fruit from the garden, and the service was outstanding, every request we had was fulfilled within minutes. On top of that the beds are very comfortable and the apartment very clean. Go here, you won’t regret it."
