It is such a beautiful xmas experience. Luxury hotel with complete amenities and entertainment including casino.

Service was so-so and rather slow perhaps due to the festive crowd. Room was great and location is perfect.

Ample food options. Fantastic arcade for the children. Spacious and clean rooms. Only thing that could be improve upon is breakfast variety, not as widespread as other 5 star hotels.

Very good location - walkable distance to lots of places. Great view and easy to find good food. The pool is amazing - big with safe guard on site all the time. The fire show was amazing.

We stayed for our anniversary. I listed that it was the case at the time of booking. On check-in, Alicia at reception congratulated us, notified us that we would be upgraded and sent a bottle of sparkling wine to the room for us. The room (level 21, rm 25) was stunning with views of the city, clean, well-appointed and big, classic design, and luxurious. The price is a splurge but lively. The complex itself is great with quite a lot to do beautiful food and wonderful staff. It is about a 5-10 minute walking distance away from the multi-level carparking if you choose not to use the valet.

Thank you Crown Towers, the perfect hosts for our 25th wedding anniversary. The service was excellent and it definitely delivered on the WOW factor.

Decent overall, would prefer cleaner areas and spaces within the room however.

Good location, spacious room, overall a great stay

The hotel is rather good in terms of location and services. The reception staff was nice and willing to offer help. The only problem was the housekeeping service. Even room cleaning was requested in the morning, the room was still not cleaned after 3:30pm. Also, the housekeeping staff left a bottle of cleaner in the bathroom. The breakfast was quite good. We booked the buffet dinner for one night, but the food was just okay. The oysters were not fresh enough and refill was not prompt.

Absolutely amazing experience! 5 Star rating with everything! Customer service in Crown Towers is outstanding and greeted always with lovely people! This has been our best trip so far, and we can’t wait to come back!! Thank you for everything!

Service can be better for a 5 star hotel. Amenities wise is awesome, rooms were big 👍🏻

Unforgettable Stay! Stunning Views & Fantastic Food The service was warm and professional. The location close to everything we needed!

Very confusing parking situation with the multi-plex parking ($25 a day)  Once you get through that, great location to travel to the Victorian Markets etc.  I was surprised at how sprawling the complex was, and how confusing it could be, very different to destinations like say, Marina Bay Sands, etc.  Clean rooms, good service, and overall very happy. Taking a young child back and forth to the parking wasn't great though. The Valet was ($70?) which would be alright if we didn't have a kid that needed random things from the car now and then.

Crown Towers was excellent. John who was a trainee at the reception desk was very friendly, helpful and accommodating and we appreciated his attention to detail. The room was lovely and very happy with the stay.
