La habitación estaba sucia, la luz de la ducha no funcionaba. La segunda habitación estaba sucia y muy oscura por la noche. El personal con el que me quejé (no hubo servicio al cliente) terminó llorando, me dijo que tendría que irme, pero luego se retractó y me ofreció todo tipo de cosas. Aun así, no me compensaron por las camas sucias. No volveré jamás y no lo recomiendo. Es muy viejo y anticuado.

Parking is an issue if you don’t have a uk phone as it requires an app download. After raising concerns the hotel finally assisted but it was a bit of an issue for me as I travel with a company van. Otherwise it was good.

A fantastic hotel that's in a great location and has parking (paid). The service was great and the reception team were top class. Enjoyed using the gym, steam room, pool and sauna too- they were very clean. Will definitely be returning.

When you walk into this hotel you are welcomed by friendly reception staff in a grand lobby which smells divine. There is iced fruity water and fruit available. I booked a balcony room which was very spacious although a little worn around the edges. The bed was large and comfortable but the pillows were not good and could do with replacing. There was a large TV with multiple channels and tea and coffee facilities. There was a dressing table with poor lighting but decent mirrors, spacious wardrobe and area for dressing and shelf for suitcase. The bathroom was large with toilet and also bidet, a regular sized bath but very small shower. The water didn’t run away too well in the shower tray so I ended up with several inches of water in the tray. There was hand wash and lotion available. The balcony was more like a ledge and was not not wide enough to even have a chair outside but it was very pleasant with the door open and the sun shining through in the evening. It was nice to stand on the ledge and watch the cruise ships come in and out. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and upgraded me to free parking for the two days that I stayed which was great. I didn’t eat in the hotel as there are numerous cafes and restaurants in the area. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Old hotel with small room. Location is good, short walk to West Quay Mall, breakfast is ok except the croissant is excellent.

Hotel was in a great place for use close to West Quay. Well looked after staff very helpful would have no worries stopping there again.

Room very clean and spacious! It is not close to train station but only cost 6 pound taxi ride

Booked this hotel as a birthday treat for myself, did mention in the notes that the stay was for my birthday and was greeted with a bottle of wine chocolates and a birthday card from the hotel and a stay in a really lovely room made my day.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend. The facilities exceeded our expectations – everything was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and beverages, everything was beautifully presented and replenished regularly. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our experience was seamless from start to finish. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d happily recommend this hotel to others!

Room was nice, but the adjoining rooms tv was very loud sadly. Breakfast was very tasty. Pool /Spa facilities needed some maintenance (jacuzzi and water fountains out of action)

Good spa area. Room is clean and cozy. Food is plenty and good. But price is very unstable, it can change from £210 down to £100 in 2hours and back again in few hours.

Hotel room was spacious but the bathroom definitely needs upgrades. But food from the restaurant was just blunt and pricey too.
