Trying to get a hold of someone is like pulling teeth maybe I can get through this way Ken N. Date: 07/30/23- 07-31-23 Days Inn by Wyndham 3530 Lake Tahoe Blvd. Lake Tahoe, Ca. 96150 Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel Days Inn by Wyndham South Lake Tahoe. Unfortunately, I experienced a significant number of issues during my stay that greatly impacted my overall experience. During my stay at your hotel, I encountered Unpatched walls, bathroom door had a hole in it, toilet seat that was broken and falling off with the paint chipping off , the fan in the bathroom was dirty and not working, shower drain didn’t have a drain cover, TV was also not working, after showering it leaks out a good amount of water onto the floor which is a slip hazard it needs to be resealed, on side of mattress and box spring there was a big red stain. These issues greatly affected my ability to enjoy my stay, and I believe it falls well below the standards of your caliber. As a result of all these issues faced, it made for an unpleasant stay. Moving forward, I would suggest that your hotel takes steps to provide pleasant and presentable functioning rooms for guests to stay in. Additionally, I would like to request compensation for the inconvenience caused during my stay. I believe that this is a fair and responsible request given the significant impact that the issue had on my experience at your hotel. Overall, I am disappointed with the recent stay at your hotel. While I appreciate that issues can arise, I believe that it is important to address them quickly to ensure that guests are able to enjoy their stay. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to address the issue and compensate me for the inconvenience caused.
