Primera ves que bamos y la experiencia fue excelente el servicio en la recepción fue rápido y lo mejor serva de todos los lugares para caminar y conocer el lago y por las noches vien callado y es excelente es más y por el costo vale la pena recomendado para descansar sin ruidos

You’ve got everything you need, when you go for a ski trip with your family. Location js the best: 2 small blocks from Gondola. You also get free parking. The continental breakfast was minimal, but we didnt really expect much anyway. We didnt hear any noise,

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and I felt very safe. The location was perfect for skiing at Heavenly. It was also very nice to be within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the ******s. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. I enjoyed the continental breakfast (bagels, fruit, oatmeal, coffee and juice). I will definitely stay here again.

Great and clean place to stay, very close to the Gondola and shops. Room felt a bit cold even with the heater unit on but not a big deal.

Good enough for the price, clean and friendly staff, but our room was so cold we couldn't sleep well, seemed the heater wasn't working right. At least there were some extra blankets.

This is a decent hotel in South Lake. We chose it because of the proximity to the Heavenly Gondola and the included breakfast. The room was a little dated but seemed clean. The breakfast was definitely not great, just bagels and oatmeal with coffee and tea. It would be nice if they offered a protein. They did allow us to leave our vehicle there the day of checkout which was really great.

The hotel room was very clean! It was one block away from the Heavenly gondola area and could not have been more convenient.
