The hotel looks like from the year 1990 its a very old building. Wardrobe broken. No smart TV. Chanels without good signal. I asked for an iron board. Just check the uploaded picture it says everything. Bed sheets dirty. Bathroom shower head works regularly and the smell of the water is terrible. I was told that I cant eat my sandwich at the lobby with huge sofa space while they were cleaning my room. The lobby was so dirty with Jamu and some sweets that they offer to guests it just looked so unhygienic everything. I ask myself how do they get permits to operate this hotel. In western countries something totally out of the question. 1 ⭐ out of 5 Not coming back again for sure.

Whats good from the hotel was only the bed, even that we still need to ask them to change the bed sheet because was stain. The sofa was also stained. The staff was friendly but i think they’re lacking of training on how to treat a customer as a 4 stars hotel. I asked for an iron board, the 1st one they gave a broken one then they replaced still with broken one and very dirty as can see on the pics. Then they did replace with a better one on the 3rd time. The hotel was old, old looking still ok actually as long as its clean. Then the TV at the room was with bad connection. Anyhow i think trip.com really need to double check the high rating hotel

Overall it's great. Wall is not soundproof and lots of noises from nextdoor or hall. But the staff are great and its clean

Really good value for what it is. Rooms are clean. Service below average, pool looks great during sunset

The bedsheet and towels have yellowish spots. My bathroom didnt have hot water. The security downstairs was missing as I arrived on the first day. Because there was barely anyone there, we were not sure if it was the lobby. Security was also not helpful in carry bags.

The hotel location is quite strategic, but the breakfast is just ordinary.

It’s a pretty old hotel, so the taps are still split for hot and cold water. Size wize is good and for the price, it’s pretty worth it (especially for its convenient location)
