This hotel is absolutely amazing. It radiates luxury, and the service from the staff is truly top-notch. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The location is excellent and very convenient — just minutes away from malls and popular tourist spots.
What we loved most about the hotel is how serene, quiet, and exclusive it feels. The breakfast was delightful, and enjoying it by the pool with such a beautiful view was a real treat. Stacy checked in on us during breakfast, and we truly appreciated her warmth and hospitality.
This is definitely a must-stay for anyone visiting Jakarta. A 5-star hotel with hospitality that deserves infinite stars!

Really nice hotel for business . Receptionists are professional. Location is isolated so I recommend people to add breakfast options if you want to eat breakfast!

I booked a one-night staycation at this hotel with my family, and overall, it was a great experience. The swimming pool is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, which made it very relaxing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and everything tasted good.
However, the TV channels need some improvement, as several of them had signal issues. Fortunately, the availability of Netflix and YouTube made up for it.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

Everything was good. Workers were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was clean. Breakfast, other meals were nice! Everyone was ready for help you in every single time. Nice service, nice hotel.

I recently stayed at Veranda Hotel Pakubuwono and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of South Jakarta.
The location is excellent — close to shopping centers, restaurants, and main business areas. It’s easy to get around the city from here, which made my trip more efficient and enjoyable. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, they were always smiling and willing to help. Their service really made me feel welcome. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were sufficient for both business and leisure stays. I especially appreciated the calm ambiance — it’s peaceful despite being in a busy area.

Room condition and cleaning are good and all staff service is very kind. Good conditions of overall cleaness and not much noisy. Only badness is not good on the drainage in a shower tube.

I had a fantastic stay at Veranda Hotel Pakubuwono! I checked in late at midnight, and despite the late hour, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully designed, providing the perfect space to relax after a long day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest.
The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. The peaceful atmosphere and attentive service made my stay truly memorable.
