Valoraciones de The Local Hotel

Lovely room, just like the photos (minus generally wear and tear), the shared bathrooms were fine and when we stayed (Late August) were never busy, just very dark in the evenings with minimal lighting in the showers. We stayed in Chester (Room 20) and didn’t fully realise that the hotel is above ‘the local hotel’ restaurant and bar. The food here was delicious but it was very loud and a busy bar on Friday/Saturday, with music and shouting etc happening till around 12am - so if you are an early/light sleeper. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel over the weekends. Amenities of bathrobes and slippers was great, especially with the shared bathrooms. But we didn’t not get daily housekeeping like the description said. We stayed for 6 nights and had to ask for clean towels, cups, mugs etc. Fremantle was lovely though. Definitely visit Rottnest Island, do a prison tour, and visit the markets and beautiful beaches!

Nice stay, shared bathroom is a bit troublesome tho, weekend music plays until 11pm and could hear a little from the room, overall a nice stay 😀

Great location and easy to get around plenty of things to do. Great small business to explore and plenty to do on the weekends

The bar area kept us up a bit, but the location was amazing. We had quite a bit of trouble finding someone to check us in but for a bar that also services as a stay, it was goo

Beautiful Room, bed was super comfortable. Only thing I would recommend fixing are the floor boards could do with some care as they were very loud and creaky and the shower in the women's bathroom wouldn't hold 1 temperature. It would fluctuate between very hot and very cold.

clean, huge, cozy room! public toilet is very clean too. enjoyed it. thanks!

Lovely staff who helped us carry our suitcases upstairs. Music was quite loud but stopped when it got late.

Great 2 nights stay in this hotel. The check in process was easy and they served us well. As the hotel designed like heritage style, we can experience the old-timer environment. It's a shared bathroom, and it would be better if the hotel equips more lights, especially during night time. They do have a private customer parking spot which is great and convenience. Overall, we have a pleasant stay in this hotel

It was really nice to stay here. Thank you so much 🙏

I stayed at the corner room. Spacious king size bed and the provided slippers and bathrobe! Easy access with a bus stop nearby. Highly recommended.

On a stop-over in Fremantle to Rottnest Island we stayed 2 nights. Downstairs is a busy bar, upstairs is hotel rooms. Design of the room was nice, bed was comfortable, there is fridge in the room. Shared bathroom was clean. Supermarket is a short walk. 15-20 min.walk to Espanade Park. Worth the price. Good option for a short stay.

It was good staying over all!! Thank you so much! We really enjoyed it and definitely come back again!

Nice with a Bae downstairs

Really nice, huge room, super clean!!
