Hermosa ubicación con habitación con vista parcial al mar, estructura muy grande. El personal muy amable y servicial. En general, la habitación es agradable, sin embargo, la ducha debe cambi**** porque tiene una cortina. El hotel también cuenta con un excelente SPA que cuesta 20 € por persona por una hora de programa de bienestar (una hora, sin embargo, no es suficiente para disfrutar plenamente de la experiencia) Desayuno un poco para repasar.

Pros: - Central to everything in Sorrento so the location is good especially if you plan on doing lots of activities - Good shower - Room is spacious … but that’s about it Cons: - Noise of the lift could be heard constantly and it was quite loud. - Customer service doesn’t exist. Probably the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Not greeted, no effort in making guests feel welcomed at any stage during our stay. - Poor breakfast , not much to choose from and didn’t taste good. We had breakfast included and only got it the once. We went to ‘Bar del Carmine’ for breakfast and it was gorgeous. - Beds rock hard. - Rough decor could do with update , chips of paint, - Some charger ports were broke. - Don’t bother with sea view room.. looking into peoples gardens with a side view of pool. You can barely see the sea. - No leaflets about the hotel information, Weren’t told check out times dinner times etc. - Air con controlled by reception

A pocos minutos a pie, el hotel de Balcori es el mejor hotel de ubicación. Breakfast and clean rooms. El estacionamiento está abierto al contable y el estacionamiento está en frente de la carretera del hotel. Está bien en la temporada alta, pero no estoy seguro de que no pueda reservar estacionamiento durante la temporada alta. El hotel ofrece una noche confortable y una mañana refrescada.

We enjoyed a fabulous weekend at the hotel having travelled out on Good Friday and arriving for the hotels grand opening. We were welcomed with a lovely refreshing drink and nibbles and then headed out into the sunshine to enjoy a lovely lunch at the pool bar. The hotel and rooms are kept immaculately clean. The rooms have a small fridge which is stocked up daily although I believe that you can request for it to be emptied. A lovely touch during the Easter weekend was an Easter Egg left in our room. The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent. We stayed on half board basis. The breakfast options were very good and plenty to fill up in before heading out to see the sights. The evening meals were also a high standard and a great choice throughout the week. We were mainly looked after by Emanuele, Nino and Sam in the restaurant and by Guiseppie and Dima in the bar and felt they all made our stay all the better. The Gala Dinner on the Sunday evening was particularly good. We enjoyed several trips from the hotel including Pompei and Herculaneum, Capri and Anacapri and a fabulous tour of the Amalfi coast. We also used the complimentary shuttle bus into Sorrrento several times during our stay. This was our first visit to Sorrento and we would love to visit again. We all agreed that we would definitely book in to La Solara when we return

La habitación era muy limpia y tranquila. El desayuno estaba incluido y ofrecido por 7am, lo cual fue muy incómodo durante días con excursiones tempranas por la mañana. Situado cerca de la estación de tren y a pie del centro de la ciudad. El personal fue un gran ayuda.

Es un buen viaje a casa de Evelina. Es un paseo fácil de 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Teníamos un poco de problemas para encontrar el lugar porque no es un hotel por sí mismo. es la puerta de la pequeña escuela de cocina y eso es junto a un salon de pelo. Buzz y Liberato llegarán pronto. Hay un ascensor hasta el tercer piso. Una vez en la Casa, Liberato nos inspeccionó, recogió el impuesto de la ciudad y nos dio un mapa con muchas recomendaciones para la visita y los restaurantes. La suite Junior, con una cama de tamaño rey y una cama de tamaño gemelo, está en una zona separada. Super cómoda. Mucho espacio. Buena A/C. Así de bien decorado. El hotel dispone de una mesa y una silla, un mini refrigerador, una caldera y una selección de tés y café instantáneo. Un gran balcón con sillas y una hermosa vista. El baño es tan bonito. Una enorme ducha con luces de cambio de color. El desayuno se puede entregar pero con la conveniencia de un refrigerador hemos elegido caminar a la cercana tienda de frutas y yogur Carrefour. No se puede vencer la ubicación. La plaza principal es un paseo de 3 minutos alrededor del rincón. Eso es también donde el pedestrian es sólo la calle principal. Tantos tiendas - cuero, recuerdos, sandalias y ropa, más restaurantes y bares de gelado. Hay un ruido de tráfico pero no difiere de vivir en una ciudad. Ambos dormimos bien. Ambos ventanas tienen sombras de desmantelamiento eléctrico. Me alegro de que nos quedamos lejos de las multitudes y de la hubbub de las calles principales. No hesitaría en permanecer en Casa Evelina otra vez!!

The family running this B&B are very courteous and professional. The price is very reasonable considering there is covered parking and free breakfast. The breakfast is in a tent outside in a beautiful garden with various citrus trees. If you don’t like chilly weather, you may be a bit uncomfortable, but we didn’t mind it - the scenery made up for it! Our room (Sorrento) was comfortable. We could tell there were some issues with mold (spots on walls and curtains) and the electricity cut out a few times, suddenly and for no discernible reason, but the owner was very quick to come reset it each time, and my husband also could work it out by the end of our trip. The walk into town is not pleasant (no sidewalk in one part and lots of exhaust fumes) so we quickly began driving in and paying for parking in a convenient garage, which worked out well. I still would rate this B & B highly, though, given the great price, friendly and professional owners, and the beautiful location! We saw lots of Italians staying there, which also shows, I feel, its value!

We just checked into the hotel with 2 king rooms (since we are traveling with our children and need the extra space). We are Diamond members and have had the pleasure to visit many Hiltons across the United States, Mexico, India, and now Italy, but we found this property to not be of Hilton Standards. The rooms are very outdated. The property itself looks quite tired and needs to be renovated. It looks like a 1980’s hotel without the charm. The lobby is pretty, and for the price we paid we were looking forward to spending 2 nights here. However, after seeing the rooms, bathrooms, and the property itself I feel that there have to be better options. The rooms are a 2 star at best because the bathrooms, tiles and room furniture looked very worn and old. The in room safe is so small and is oddly connected to the refrigerator. The outside door locks with a key. We are here celebrating our daughter’s 19th birthday, and to say that we are disappointed is an understatement.
