Estoy muy satisfecho con mi estancia. La señora Dolma en la recepción es muy entusiasta y profesional. La habitación tiene calefacción por suelo radiante. La habitación es totalmente inteligente. También un baño inteligente. Lo que se puede mejorar ligeramente es apagar las luces y el enrutador por la noche. Las luces son relativamente brillantes. Debido a que soy sensible a la luz, solo puedo desconectar la energía. al lado de la puerta de la ciudad y muy cerca del mercado de carne de cordero y carne halal. El hotel también ofrece una estación de recogida y devolución. Esta experiencia es simplemente increíble, elegiré aquí nuevamente la próxima vez que venga a Songpan.

El servicio fue excelente y había bebidas, frutas y bocadillos gratis. A pocos minutos a pie hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas.

Es muy conveniente para ir de compras. Se tarda media hora en recorrerlo y es muy agradable; Los fideos de arroz para el desayuno son deliciosos, un desayuno pequeño pero refinado; El televisor del hotel es grande y se puede proyectar en la pantalla, lo que resulta ideal para ver películas con toda la familia; Fue muy conveniente llevarnos a la estación del tren de alta velocidad; El ambiente del hotel es muy bueno y elegante. El único inconveniente es que el aislamiento acústico es relativamente pobre. El llanto de un bebé nos despertó en mitad de la noche. Pero quizás todos los B&B sean así. En general, fue una estancia buena y agradable.

Un hotel recién inaugurado con sentido del diseño y estilo moderno. La habitación es grande, limpia y ordenada, el sistema inteligente es fácil de usar y muy cómodo. Mientras todavía estábamos en camino, el mayordomo Xiao Zeng nos llamó y el servicio fue cálido, atento y considerado. El mayordomo Xiao Zeng fue muy profesional y dedicado, y nos brindó mucha ayuda. El hotel está situado en la ciudad antigua y es conveniente para viajar. El desayuno del hotel también es bueno. Si quieres comer, te recomendamos salir por la puerta norte para buscar un lugar, que es más económico.

Beyond my expectation! I picked this hotel based on the good reviews on Trip.com and happy to report that the hotel exceeded my expectation. From the first impression I love how this boutique hotel is decorated in a traditional chinese style. The room itself is beautifully designed, modern, and clean. The bed is very comfortable as well. It was perfect to come back to the room from a long day of walking & sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the the North Gate & in a quieter part of Songpan old town, which is great for getting a good night sleep. However, the best part of my stay at this hotel is the staff, especially the lovely young lady named Xiao Zeng. From the check-in she showed me a couple of rooms to choose from to make sure I’m happy with the room. Not only that, she went beyond her duty to help arrange for the transportation to Songpan train station (it was not possible to get Didi due to rain), as well as to provide helpful tips on what to eat and what to see/do while in Songpan. This makes my traveling experience much smoother and hassle free. Keep up the good work, Xiaozeng 👍☺️ Definitely recommended.

Great place, very welcoming and in the heart of everything but also a tranquil location. Large comfy rooms. Songpan is a wonderful place.

We had a great stay in Songpan. The hotel is very nice and clean, and well located in the old city. Zhuoma at reception was very helpful in assisting us. Would recommend.

Very convenient as it provides free transport to Songpan Station which is only about 5mins ride. The room is spacious and clean. I like the courtyard feel despite I dont get to enjoy it due to the tight schedule .

This hotel is quite new and at a fantastic location in the ancient town of songpan. The rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. They also respond very quickly though WeChat. The staff manager offered a room upgrade which we were very glad with. Great value for money and beautiful building in the style of ancient town

This was my first time visiting Songpan and as a foreigner, I was super grateful and thankful for the service and hospitality at Songpan No.1 courtyard. Zeng went above and beyond to help me as I didn’t speak any Chinese, she helped me (with the help of a translation app), with transportation, activities and fun bicycle ride to the bus stop. Without Zeng, it would have been difficult to navigate in/out of the city and being a solo traveller, Zeng made sure to check-in. I highly recommend foreigners to stay at this accomodation. As for the hotel- it is situated in the ancient city. There are restaurants/ shops all within walking distance. The Songpan bus station is about 10min walk. The building itself is heritage but it is new and modern on the inside. The room was spacious and clean. It is a smart room- talks to you when you enter and smart bathroom too. Bed was super comfy, plush and new, perfect after a long hike. Thank you again Zeng and the hotel team. Will never forget your kindness.

Excellent hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and decent breakfast. Bathrooms toilet needs hanger or hooks for clothing. Excellent service from the reception manager. MS Zhuoma, giving very good tips on where to go around ancient city and food recommendations and arranged hotel transfers.. will visit again.
