We enjoyed a lot it was my 3rd stay in pine drive resort nice food near and clean excellent property nice hospitality cooperative staff all over everything was good

Service was very poor. There was no basic amenities in room. Like electric cattle. Phone of the room was not working and the did not changed it till check out. Location and food was good. Overall very poor service.

Nice resort with great property. Food was good. Only thing that needs to be maintained is hygiene. Rooms are not hygienic. You can see small cockroaches all over the room

Poorly managed. There is no water in taps sine morning. Management +919218688818 and +919218688814 are least concerned. Customers are leaving to other places to freshen up. AVOID STAYING HERE. IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE. They dont know when water supply will be restored, is this how you serve your customers ? 0 Star out of 10. DONT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THUS PROPERTY. WORTHLESS

Wifi not working in block b, in-spite of complaining, there was not solution coming out also there. Was not enough quantity of breakfast items for guests

Room have very poor Interior, Staff is not cooperative , Food was good and tasty but service very poor due to Single person they have in Service…
They denied to provide Cake for Birthday and Taxi for Local Locations…

Room Amenities: The resort offers luxuriously furnished and well-maintained rooms of fourvarieties i.e.Standard Rooms, Premium Rooms, Super Deluxe Rooms and Family Suite. Warmly lit and spaciously designed, the rooms exhibit charm and elegance in their decor. Facilities like tea/coffee maker, daily newspaper, intercomm, minibar and cable TV are provided in the rooms. Each room has an attached balcony (except Standard room) that overlooks the serene nature of Himachal. Bathrooms are fitted with Hot and Cold shower facilities 24x7 basis.
