Perfecto

El hotel está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, con fácil acceso al transporte público. Hay muchas atracciones en los alrededores, a las que se puede llegar a pie. Es un hotel pequeño. Las instalaciones de la habitación son un poco antiguas. El desayuno es regular, con pocas opciones. Necesita mejorarse.

Bonita habitación, cama cómoda. El personal es bueno. La ubicación es excelente.

La habitación está limpia y ordenada, la actitud del servicio es buena, el desayuno tiene mucha variedad, hay muchas atracciones alrededor, a todas se puede llegar caminando, hay un supermercado cerca donde puedes comprar alimentos y bebidas.

La ubicación es muy buena, pero hay una mujer rubia en la recepción. Su actitud de servicio no es muy buena, no tiene una sonrisa y es muy fría. Espero que el jefe le preste atención. El jefe tiene muy buena actitud de servicio y es muy amable.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, cerca de todas las atracciones. El servicio es excelente y el desayuno es un poco simple.

Sobre todo, la ubicación era excelente... La habitación era espaciosa y bonita. El servicio de recepción... La habitación también estaba limpia. En general, estuvo bien.

A local friend recommended this hotel to me, and it’s indeed very close to the Presidential Palace. The security here is excellent. I also really like the oil paintings displayed throughout the hotel.

Muy buena ubicación, próximo a la parada de metro que lleva al aeropuerto,se puede ir andando a los principales lugares de interés.Amabilidad del personal de recepción.Buena relación calidad precio.Lo único negativo fue el olor a tabaco en la habitación.

Very well located close to the triangle of power. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Warm, double glazed, carpeted rooms with plenty of space. We had the twin room, 301. Police box next door to the hotel for an increased feeling of safety. A fabulous wood fired pizza place in the road close by running alongside the hotel, and a coffee shop next door. Breakfast was basic but adequate and we were able to fill up on that for the day. Would definately stay again.

We arrived to a very friendly receptionist he was very helpful by recommending a restaurant and helping us by explaining how to call for a taxi and he also suggested a great breakfast which we had at the train station and as he said it was delicious The hotel is situated right in the centre of Sophia walking distance to all restaurants and bars I truly recommend this hotel if we come again then this is where we would stay

What I appreciated most about the Arte Hotel was its super-helpful front desk staff. They all spoke fluent English; their restaurant recommendations were spot-on. They provided great recommendations on options to get to the National History Museum, which is an out-of-the-way attraction that is also a must-see, and helped to make sure I had a ride back to the hotel. Miro, the friendly owner of the hotel (?), helped arranged for my transportation between the Sofia airport and the hotel. He reached out to me before I left for Bulgaria to verify my flight number and connected me with the driver. The hotel itself is located in the center of the city, well within walking distance to the major museums, the St Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the St Sofia Church, at least 3 grocery stores, at least 3 banks and their ATMs, and some of the best restaurants in town. The rooms are quiet, clean, and all have a fridge. The breakfast included a lot of choices. The common areas are decorated with works of Bulgarian artists. I enjoyed my stay and high recommend it!

This is a no frills hotel that is a perfect place to stay while in Sofia. The location is close to many of the notable sites in central Sofia, all within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we want to give a special shout out to Milo who went out of his way to help us.
