Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Slough

Ubicación: razonablemente conveniente para mi estadía, aunque desafortunadamente la carretera está en obras justo enfrente. Esto no es ninguna culpa ni crítica hacia el hotel. Limpieza: la habitación estaba ordenada y bien presentada. La zona del vestíbulo también estaba muy bien cuidada, junto con el restaurante y el bar. Caminar por el pasillo no fue un problema. Había bandejas de comida de servicio vacías afuera de algunas habitaciones, pero es de esperar. Servicio: al registrarme, me preguntaron cuántos se alojaban en la habitación. Había reservado una habitación con cama doble, sin embargo, al principio me dieron una habitación con 2 camas individuales, lo cual lamentablemente no me gustó. Regresé a la recepción y pedí un cambio, la recepcionista hizo el cambio pero me dio una habitación con acceso para discapacitados. Nuevamente, no era lo que había reservado, sin embargo, decidí conservar la estancia debido a mi día de trabajo, no quería seguir yendo y viniendo. La insatisfacción y la decepción se podrían haber evitado en primer lugar si el recepcionista me hubiera informado que ya no había espacio para una cama doble normal y me hubiera dado las opciones. Esta cortés sugerencia habría sido mucho mejor que simplemente entregar las llaves de una habitación que no estaba reservada. Instalaciones: hay aparcamiento, sin embargo, durante visitas anteriores me dijeron que tenía que pagar £16 por el aparcamiento. Además, no existía una patrulla de repuestos de automóviles adecuada. Al llegar, algunos coches/furgonetas se paraban justo enfrente de la entrada del hotel, lo que bloquea el camino hacia el aparcamiento. No hay personal para controlar esto o más para que otros vehículos encuentren espacio para estacionar. En general, la presentación del hotel es excelente y hay que darle crédito a su ubicación; sin embargo, una comunicación efectiva realmente ayudaría con el servicio y la experiencia en general. ¡Con mucho gusto volvería con frecuencia! :)

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. La habitación era caliente si se abrió una ventana el ruido que emana del exterior era insoportable. El olor era excesivo - el refrigerador que se había proporcionado no había sido abierto ni acoplado durante años. De los 4 puntos de acceso en la habitación uno había sido a bordo, el segundo tenía una televisión y una caldera conectada, el tercero estaba libre en la pared y el interruptor no funcionaba haciendo uno en orden de trabajo. El baño era pequeño y sucio, la puerta no podía cerrar adecuadamente, ya que el marco de la puerta estaba roto. El duche no tenía cubierta de drenaje y el olor se originaba de allí. El baño no tenía rayos, tuvimos que insertar nuestros dedos en el agujero para presionar una pinta! El restaurante se cerró cuando llegamos y no se ofreció ayuda en cuanto a dónde podíamos conseguir una cena de noche tarda. En todo caso, una experiencia terrible, que no volverá a suceder.

Las habitaciones están muy renovadas.

Supriya ha sido muy amable y muy útil, y ha puesto un cama extra en la habitación, como teníamos un último minuto para acomodarnos, así que era muy amable. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía encontrar en el hotel. Pero Supriya y su hermoso personal lo hicieron - eran muy hermosos.

Great stay. Used this hotel because we we're going into London and Windsor and Slough Station was only a 10 minute easy walk. Parked our car in Hershel Street car park on Friday (£10.00) for the day/overnight. Moved to the Premier inn free car park on the Saturday (free all over weekend). Great hotel, nice and clean and very comfy bed. Hotel was very busy but was super quiet at night. Breakfast was busy too but everything was continually stocked up and the food was delicious. Cannot fault the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Tesco express next door for any snacks u need. Will definitely book again and would reccomend to anyone.

I have been stopping at this hotel for the last 2 years on business (apart from going home at the weekends) and find the staff extremely friendly, especially Aman who takes time out to allocate the same rooms for us every week. The rooms are extremly clean (hats off to the cleaning staff) and comfortable. I will continue to stay here as long as the outstanding service continues. Well done to all of your staff and your friendly attitudes.

Great little find this place! In an ideal spot, easy to find. Surrounded by loads of local shops plus the usual Aldi,Poundland,B&M Iceland’s etc. the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was spot on! A selection of cereal toast and fruit with all the condiments followed by a full English which was lovely! The host was very friendly and very helpful. Also free parking. We go on holiday twice yearly and if flying from Heathrow will definitely look this place up first

We had a Comfortable nights sleep. We find the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Hotel rooms are Clean along with the hotel. Extra bedding and pillows of you require. Warm welcoming Nothing too much trouble, if you need anything at all you just need to ask and they will try there best to sort this for you ! Good selection for breakfast.
