British Airways - Absolute shame on you for putting your customers to this sh*I show of a hotel. We had two rooms - one which had a severely strong odour of curry, both rooms had no radiators, they use one small oil filled radiator to heat a room - both adults and my 3 children were absolutely freezing, we slept with our jackets on. When asked about the heating he told me we couldn’t get extra quilts and he had no more radiators to give us. We all shared one room in the end and added the radiator to the room to make 2 so we could at least try and keep warm. Food was appalling. Staff were not friendly and did not interact with the customers, the cleaner left black bags outside the room doors instead of placing this in a remote rubbish area. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and that is no exaggeration. Disgusted that British airways think it’s acceptable to allocate their customers to this hotel. As a business owner myself I would be utterly ashamed to read these reviews if this was my business. Please refuse to stay here everyone.
