Es cómodo y central y agradable a bajo costo.
La piscina es indoor pero está fuera de servicio. Por suerte no fuimos por eso, pero hubiera sido genial para los chicos.

Where yo begin? Elevator Certifacte was expired. Elevator made weird noise and didnt level upon opening. (Floor did not match floor in elevator). Loose baseboard in halway. Level of humidity way too high like AC not on In the room, safety latch broken. Massive gap under door into hallway. Can stick your hand through. Paint (a lot) peeling in bathroom. Bathroom door did not shut all the way. Bathtub not clean. Found unknown matter (snot?) on wall of bedroom. Comforter had stains. Also. Call front desk if ac unit not working. They did not turn on and my kids never told us it was gross in their room. They can switch it on from their desk. No tissue dispenser. With all of this said, the lady working the night desk was very nice. I cannit say anything negative about her.

Al momento de hacer l reservacion no explican qué hay habitaciones para fumadores y para no fumadores y fue muy desagradable llegar y encontrar ese mal olor

My key card kept deactivated and I had to keep going to the front desk to get another one other than that the staff was helpful

Floor in room was dirty with hair and dust everywhere, obviously not swept, handprints on mirrors and old water/toothpaste specks on bathroom mirror, ketchup dripped down a wall and wall on other side had dirt all over it. Sheets had (hopefully old) stains. Manager looked at the room and claimed the only thing wrong was a handprint on mirror . We requested a refund and left.

hotel very old has a pool but not working. my door key would not work every time i went out had to get someone from front desk with a master key to open my door.

I booked this hotel months in advance for a concert in town. When I arrived at the hotel following the concert I was told they "ran my card earlier in the day and it was declined so they cancelled my reservation". The reservation was pay upon arrival so I'm not sure why they ran my card prior to my arrival, and there was nothing wrong with my card, I had just used it. There wasn't a hotel available for miles and miles due to the concert in town. I was left without lodging for the evening. I suspect they cancelled my reservation to make a larger profit on someone who wanted to make a same-day reservation. I wouldn't trust this place.

Lot of broken things in room. Doort handle, tissue box holder under sink, push button light switch between fell off. Bed and pillows not comfy for my style

Employees very friendly. The condition of the room was in need of some repair. The air conditioner leaked, so a towel had to be placed on the floor, which did not help. The lamp shades are falling apart. The bathroom was clean and the beds comfortable.
