Wonderful location, cozy homely place. Love the ambiance and scenic views. Hiking routes are available nearby but we unfortunately didn’t have time to try them out. Recommended.

Son unas casitas en un lindo entorno, junto a un caudaloso río. Los dueños tienen ovejas, así que el lugar es idílico.
El desayuno incluido es muy rico, lo sirven en la recepción.
Escogimos la casa más grande, tiene 2 Habitaciones, una con cama kingsize y otra con una litera.
El baño es pequeño, con regadera, wc y lavamanos.
Tiene sala, comedor y cocina (que no utilizamos).
No hay restaurantes cercanos.
Amplió estacionamiento.
La relación calidad-precio es excelente.
La recomiendo muchísimo si te gusta estar lejos de las multitudes, en un lugar limpio, en un entorno hermoso y con un excelente precio.
De ahí nos trasladamos fácilmente a escalar glaciares, Jokulsarlon y la Playa de diamantes.

I was sad we didn’t have more time here! The property was in a beautiful area with sheep fields around it. Everyone was very friendly, and it was super easy to get to right off the Ring Road. Cute, clean and just what we needed on our trip around Iceland!

What an incredible location to spend the night. The mountains in the background and the ocean out front. The cabin was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was generous with gluten free options available upon request.

Pros:The property was easy to find and parking was right outside our door. As with many places we stayed, the room was very warm in October, so we slept wiht the window open.
Cons: They DO NOT have a restaurant. Extra pillow in the room was dirty and stained with no cover. Breakfast was the most limited we had during our stay in Iceland.

This was my favorite place to stay during our travel around Iceland. The rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet. I loved the location, being able to look outside and see grazing sheep and beautiful landscape. I wish we had time to hike the trail behind the property. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing location. Overall rooms were very nice. We had a group with 2 rooms. One room had a cracked window, the other had a saggy floor in the bathroom (was afraid we'd fall through!). Neither of those things ended up really effecting our stay though. So overall very good.

We were only able to stay for a night as we were doing the ring road tour, but our stay was wonderful - would happily book again. :)
