"Our stay in Porto Kaza was simply wonderful! The hotel is beautifully maintained, extremely clean and thoughtfully designed. The location is fantastic- within walking distance to the center of Sitia and the harbor, yet still peaceful and quiet. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, just perfect for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is also a lovely bonus, offering a stunning view for our morning coffee and breakfast. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, helpful and attentive. Overall, Porto Kaza is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Sitia. We cannot recommend it enough!"

"5 STARS which actually means 5 stars. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids M15 and F10. We read reviews like other travellers and on the whole they seemed good but they were a few bad reviews that made us have doubts, DONT HAVE ANY DOUBT when booking this place. It's perfect. 1. The staff. They are unbelievable for an all inclusive hotel, they can't do enough for you. Helpful and always with a smile. Ive been to some hotels were ypu feel obliged to tip to get a better service or just a service. But here you feel at ease no obligation. By the end of our holiday I actually did tip a few areas of the staff for thier impeccable service. 2. The food. Truly 5 star food. We ate at 3 of the 4 a la carte restaurants and were blown away. The one standout dish I must recommend is the "folders from peru" potentially one of the best starters ive ever had. The buffet restaurant is exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Good selections and indoor and outdoor seating. And not to forget the street food co. At the main pool, whay a great concept. You order your food like a takeaway and it's cooked fresh for you to eat by the eatery or take back to your beds. It has a great selection and is extremely tasty. From pastas to salad and gyros to burgers. 2.5 drinks There is a good selection of drinks including cocktails and coffees, the drinks are also branded. Soft drinks like Coca-Cola and sprite Fanta ect and spirits like absolut vodka and other brands. 3. The hotel in general Is to the highest quality and standard. You feel like you are at the top end of hotel excellence. The decor is superb throughout. The roof top bar is unbelievable, especially on an evening watching the sunsets. Also the hotel was clean to a fault staff were consistently cleaning and making sure it was perfect. 4. Activity. The pools are spot on you have a big double infinity pool with kids pool at one site and a smaller square pool at the other. They are never crowded can always find a bed. The ninja warrior course is a nice touch we used it twice. There is also tennis and padel which are also great past times. There is evening entertainment every other night and they put a film on in there outdoor theatre every other night. My one and only criticism is that there could be more activities to do during the day but that's just me. 5. Our room We had a standard balcony room it was really well kitted out two tvs in each section a divider from us and the kids in the way of a sliding partition and curtains. Bathroom was really nice and we had enough space for all 4 of us. In conclusion we would definitely recommend this hotel for.anyone that wants to relax, have amazing food, see amazing views, be treated like kings and queens and also to have a great time. Don't listen to the bad reviews, yes things go wrong sometimes but the hotel will do everything in there power to put it right. Hope this review helps people not have to worry about booking because it's an absolute gem. And"

"The hotel is very close to the pier. The store service is very good, and I notified in advance how to take the key into the room. So although it was very late to the hotel, everything went smoothly into the room. The room is modernly decorated, very clean and comfortable, that is, the bed has a platform to climb up and down. Stayed for one night and was quite satisfied."

"Absolute joke of a hotel. We booked to stay for 29th July 2025. As of February 25, we started to see worrying signs of people who had booked for May, having their trips cancelled as the hotel wasn't going to be ready. I contacted the hotel reservations to be told the hotel will be fully open by the start of July. I again contacted them in April to be told yes, everything will still be ready for July. Today, 21 May 2025, I have received an email from my booking company saying the hotel is closed until 2026 and they are offering me a different hotel which looks nowhere near as good. Absolutely disgraceful, leaving it so late that we will struggle to find a new hotel to accommodate all our family at such short notice."
