It is rare to find that kind of next-level hospitality where you feel both completely at home and totally pampered. The space itself is packed with everything you could possibly need, and it is beautifully designed to be both stylish and practical. From the perfectly equipped kitchen to the super cozy living room and maisonette, everything is done to a really high standard. If you are looking for a peaceful, elegant, and comfortable getaway with top-notch service, this is your dream spot. We highly, highly recommend it for a perfect vacation."

"We have just returned from a relaxing 10 night stay at the Poseidon. The hotel is a small, friendly hotel with a real family feel. The staff are kind and attentive and couldn’t do enough to help us. We visited during August, peak season however, the hotel was not over crowded at all. There was plenty of space around the pool or on the beach and never queues for tables or food etc. This was a very welcome change from some hotels we have visited in the school holidays! Our room was quite dated and could have done with a refurb. The headboard was peeling, and the bed was not very comfortable. It would have been lovely to be provided with a blanket/duvet for extra comfort. The bathroom would definitely benefit from a deep clean! That being said, it was very spacious and in a lovely quiet location. The hotel is in a very remote location. We completely underestimated how remote it was! There is nothing in walking distance and access to public transport is tricky. There is no Uber/bus, only taxi which due to the remote location were understandably expensive. The hotel run a free shuttle bus into the local town which was a life saver however, these only run in the morning. We would have loved to be able to use the service of an evening to be able to eat out in the local town. We paid for taxis but as a family of 5, this cost us €80 each visit. There is plenty of parking so car hire would be ideal if staying at this hotel. The dining hall was clean and the service was fantastic. All drinks are self serve which was handy. The food was good, there was plenty of fresh salads and meals on offer. I would say a very typical all inclusive buffet. We did get a bit fed up after 10 days, it would be great to have an alternative option to eat during the day, a snack bar for example. There is only one option at the main dining hall for breakfast lunch and dinner. The absolute star of the show when it came to food was the pizza guy. He was making fresh pizza during both lunch and dinner and they were probably the best pizza we’ve ever eaten - absolutely delicious! The pool area was lovely, our children loved the pool and spent most of the holiday in there. Not a huge amount of activities going on during the day but enough to keep busy. We loved aqua aerobics each morning! There is a great all weather football pitch which our children loved along with basketball and volleyball courts. The private beach area is really nice. There wasn’t a massive amount going on in the evening and the hotel really is missing an evening venue. The pool bar becomes the evening entertainment venue but still serves drinks in plastic cups which felt a bit sad. There was live music a couple of times a week but we didn’t stay out long enough to see. With young children it wasn’t a massive issue for us but we would have loved to sit and have a nice drink (in a glass) in the evening. The kids loved the mini disco which was on every night. "English: We had chosen this accommodation, following the positive feedback from the reviews. I must say that we were pleasantly surprised because they were not exaggerated at all, on the contrary. The apartment is equipped with essential comforts, but nothing is missing. The room was cleaned every day and the sheets and towels were changed frequently. The location is strategic, no more than 200 meters from the seafront with the promenade, shops and restaurants, with a wide choice, but at the same time, located in a very quiet spot, thanks to the shape of the streets, with steep climbs that do not make it a transit route. A special mention goes to the owner, a truly splendid person, serious, discreet, professional and generous with all kinds of advice. Don't miss a trip to the Thesis restaurant managed by him, on the rooftop of a hotel, very elegant, with a splendid view, where excellent breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served at really reasonable prices, but with excellent quality of service and dishes. I recommend it without any reservations!"

"Excellent beachfront hotel at Paradeisos Beach, Neos Marmaras. Stayed with family and enjoyed the views of the Aegean sea's from the room's balcony, the good food at the hotel restaurant and the beach sunbeds in front of the hotel. Staff was very welcoming and answered all our questions and gave us useful information about best activities in the area. There is also a convenient free car park at the back of the property."

Caminando 30 minutos se llega a otras 2 playas con arenas doradas. Los viajes en autobús de 15/20 minutos lo llevan a las ciudades de Nikiti y N. Mamaras. Una estadía brillante."

"This place has nothing to do with luxury, I am confident the people behind this place has no idea what this word means. First off, they claim to provide "online" service till 5pm, but on the day of our arrival, even though we reached out at 3.40 pm, we got no response till late in the evening. Then there are the "luxurious" stuff: bathroom door that cant be locked, shower handle that disconnects from the socket the minute you open the water, Jacuzzi that doesn't work (I would have asked them about it, but they are anyway unresponsive). They also claim to provide "fully equipped" kitchen - I hope for them this is not how their kitchen is equiped: platic plates and cups, even the wine "glasses" are cheap plastic. There is one pan and one small pot, but you better bring your own knife because there is nothing to cut even a salad. Beyond this all, they highlight the private pools in every picture (including the executive appartment we booked), and there was no other option to chose from- but only upon our arrival we discovered that only some of the appartments has such, ours didn't. We thought, oh well, maybe we can try the Jacuzzi- wrong, as there was no way to oprate it, and no customer support. We've been to so many accommodations in Greece- this is by far the worst."

"We are relatively regular guests in Ekies restaurant and we usually come with friends and family. Taverna Project menu provides light and tasty food options and we enjoy thick shades under the sun shade canopies. However, we were deeply disappointed by appalling service by Marina. She wanted to sit our party of 10 at a table for 6. When we refused and proceeded to sit on a set of 2 smaller tables under the tree top bar, she refused to serve us and was extremely impolite. We then asked her to find us seating for 10 people but she said that we can only sit at that table for 6 people. Luckily, Osia came to rescue and seated us where we wanted. Adonis served us further and everything was good from then on. It is unimaginable to us that a 4/5* hotel employs someone so unprofessional like Marina. This was the second time she treated us like this. We thought the first time that Marina just had a bad day. But her behaviour during our last visit convinced us otherwise. Treating guests who leave €350+ in a 1-hour visit in an arrogant and angry way can be detrimental for the hotel’s business and reputation and it’s just not cool and pleasant. We urge the management to deal with Marina appropriately and protect their business and their guests from angry tantrums of this employee."
