I was told that the property is 125 years old and I believe the owners have done nothing to bring some change 1. Rooms are poorly lit in yellow light. No tube lights 2. Termites in the room see pic 3. Sofas and curtains were full of dust and fungus. Owners didn’t take the pain to change the upholstery. See pic 4. Broken and outdated furniture 5. Water seepage and dampness on the walls 6. Broken doors in the cottage where they maintain pantry. No bolts in the rooms door. 7. Cottages have 4 rooms with large windows on the front side. Management has closed those doors and windows and they in bad shape. 8. Reception block is far off from the rooms. Pathways to room need repairs. 9. Swimming pool is quite small and need repairs. 10. Towels provided were very old. Very old linen. I will not recommend this property to anyone. Owners seems to be lazy guys who don’t want to spend on upgrading the the interiors, furnitures, upholstery, ceilings and electronis items. Property is in awful state. Only positive I saw was the stqff behaviour. They went extra mile to bring comfort.

Nice, green and a rock splattered property, was abode of the Maharaja of Jodhpur, if i got that right. Just walking distance from the Nakki lake, location could'nt have been better. Now, as i understand it is maintained by the Maharani's daughter. Here, i would like to give inputs that the maintainence & upkeep part could have been better. At the price point at which we are renting out, the expectation is of high order. The rooms are spacious and are mainatined as heritage, with all modern amenities. But, the decor, the upholstery etc leave much to be desired. The sitting chairs in the out-room had stained cushions while the room upholstery is dull and drab. The chairs are all worn out and the tables wobbly. We can hire a good interiror designer and make the rooms charming and bright. It will add wonders to the rooms outlook. The rooms in the main building may be better, but i am referring to the rooms ( room no 10 and others) which are on the side, just adjacent to the restaurant. The tiling and finishing in the washrroms can be done much better without tinkering with the main structure. Can't understand the role played by WelcomeHeritage in this propertly. Should be a more proactive one and spruce up the property so as to give a nice ambience and outlook. Lest i miss, the staff is wonderful and very courteous, all of them. They welcome and help with a smile, always. Not a single issue with any of the staff. The breakfast was good and tasty and the eggs made to order. Laal maas which i ordered for lunch was fresh but unlike what i had expected. Maybe, my expectations were wrong and the chef did his best.

It is really a good property. Service is bit slow as compared to what they charge, We spent new year eve here and it was a nice event overall.
