¡La habitación es súper hermosa y la vista es encantadora! Después de entrar a la habitación, inmediatamente decidí cambiar el itinerario y quedarme una noche más. ¡El servicio es muy bueno! Todavía estoy caminando por la puerta, la encantadora dama de la recepción saldrá y yo lo llevaré. Hay un estacionamiento público en la puerta, y también puede usar el servicio de estacionamiento del hotel por 30 euros al ¡noche! ¡El desayuno también es bueno! Hay que decir las deficiencias, es decir, un poco cansado, la habitación está en dos pisos. ¡El segundo piso de la habitación está un poco cansado!

Esta boutique de Caportigia no está mal. También es el hotel más caro reservado en esta ruta. Tiene sentido del diseño, buena calidad de los objetos y buen servicio. El portero negro era muy trabajador y el desayuno era abundante, no muy rentable. Alto, pero también vale la pena el precio. Probablemente porque el hotel es un edificio antiguo remodelado, la altura del piso es muy alta, además de la decoración superior, se siente como un palacio ... jeje, en general se siente bien. Además, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Se tarda solo unos minutos en caminar hasta la ciudad vieja después de detener el automóvil, y solo se tarda unos minutos en conducir hasta el Parque de las Ruinas.

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried about what the experience would be like. However, from the arrival, the staff were friendly and professional as well as being efficient. The rooms we had (three couples) were in the modern part of the hotel, overlooking the golf course with the pool to the front. They were all clean and well appointed with most things you'd need for a few days break. The service for the one dinner we had was great (especially the restaurant manager (Marco?) in a busy and pretty dining room, the food was good, not great but good and reasonably priced. Breakfasts were good with a good variety but I would agree with some of the other comments that freshly pressed orange juice would have been good to have. Lunch near the club house was nice but as many people finished playing gold at a similar time it could get busy and the service was sometimes a bit hit and miss but as the staff were friendly we found it more amusing that irritating. There was one waitress who looked very stressed and needed to smile a bit more! The pool which we though would be closed was actually open and we were able to swim along with quite a few others, it was missing a lifeguard which we were told about but that was not a problem (a bit chilly in October).The pool and surrounding area was lovely and well set out. Pool bar was shut as it was out of season. I has a massage which was excellent and reasonable priced however, the actual spa needs a bit of an update and was quite damp in places. Unfortunately the Turkish bath did not have heating (broken) but looked lovely. Overall, beautiful building and grounds (don't play golf so can't comment on the course but those that did thought it was ok), in a peaceful and tranquil position-bit expensive if you want to go to Syracuse (recommended) but then we knew it was roughly 20 minutes away (taxi for 6 was 60 euros). Staff were great and I'm glad we spent a long weekend there.

Hay un tío entusiasta en la tienda de enfrente que me dice cómo aparcar mejor La habitación de la carretera es ruidosa debido al trabajo de barrido temprano en la mañana, pero el balcón es genial. Merecen destac**** la atencion de los recepcionistas y de los asistentes del desayunador. Si bien eran muy jovenes, eran entusiastas, amables y bien dispuestos. Ante una situacion de salud inesperada, se preocuparon por ayudarnos. Son los mejor del hotel (que es muy bueno), sin dudas.

El hotel se encuentra situado en la zona portuaria nuestra habitación era la 103 en planta baja sin vistas ya que el cristal era opaco..aunque tenía bastante luz. Cercano al puente la ciudad antigua la situación era estupenda. En la habitación no faltaba de nada inmobiliario era clásico pero me esperaba algo peor leyendo algunas críticas. Había nevera y dos botellas de agua de cortesía. Todo bastante limpio con un baño amplio y cómodo. El desayuno aceptable en una sala muy pequeña pero con algún producto dulce y salado y tostador suficiente para no pasar hambre. El recepcionista un chico muy agradable. Hay aparcamiento cerca sin problema. Para pagar 30 € por una habitación con desayuno no se puede pedir más

I nostri ringraziamenti vanno allo chef, al personale di cucina e sala, al maitre, alla proprietà e alla direzione ma più che per il meraviglioso evento per la gentilezza e pazienza impiegate nell'aiutarci ad organizzarlo. La cura e l'attenzione al cliente sono l'elemento che per noi fa la differenza e il dott. Cannizzaro e il sig. Russo ci hanno accompagnati passo passo con impegno e dedizione.Le camere pulite ed eleganti e il personale in reception pronto ad accogliere le richieste più varie. Dire che lo consiglieremmo è riduttivo, a dir poco: 6 stelle!

El hotel de 4 estrellas no tiene un bar! El restaurante no está en el hotel, algunos pequeños edificios que se vean de moda antigua, y no se corresponde con el moderno decoro del hotel. No hay leche en el bufete, tenemos que ir y preguntarle en el bar? ¿Qué es todo eso?? No hay menú vegan, ni opción vegan. No hay nada escrito en el hotel en inglés, personal no habla inglés. ¿Cómo ? En un hotel claramente lleno de turistas de otros países. No podía ni siquiera presentar una queja con la recepción porque no habla inglés. No hay TV CCTV en este hotel. Hotel estilo años 80. Habitaciones muy bonitas y confortables. TV, aire acondicionado, cambio de sábanas y toallas todos los días. Excelente ubicación del hotel, a pie se puede llegar a las atracciones más importantes de la ciudad, entre ellas Ortigia que es una joya. Desayuno excelente y abundante, realmente hay de todo. Personal maravilloso. Un problema de reserva se resolvió en minutos. Fueron muy eficientes. Qué puedo decir, pasamos 3 noches en total relajación. Definitivamente, si volvemos nos volveremos a alojar aquí 🤗

El hotel está situado en el centro de Siracusa, en el centro de Siracusa, desde el 22 al 24 de mayo de 2022. El hotel está situado fuera de la hermosa parte histórica de Siracusa. Aproximadamente 7-10 min por coche. Coste de cabina alrededor de 15 euros. No recomendado a pie. Mi primera impresión fue buena. Sin embargo, el Uno no cumple los estándares de un hotel 4 estrellas más a distancia. Para mi sabor, más bien un 3 estrellas más a un máximo de 4 estrellas. Positivo son el personal muy amigable, útil y superbeo del hotel. Siempre pueden darle una pista. La habitación doble es bastante pequeña. Tene todo lo que necesitas. El baño es un poco pequeño. La casa de baño se moja cuando se ducha porque la partición sólo cubre la mitad de ella y no hay puerta. Desafortunadamente, tengo que mencionar aquí que el limpieza es insuficiente. De la misma manera, el papel higiénico hecho de papel reciclado no es realmente útil. El desayuno está bien. Desafortunadamente, no nos dijeron que teníamos que ordenar todo (queso, ham o salsa, etc.) La segunda mañana podíamos hacerlo. Ovos abrasados, omeleta o tomate mozzarella salada no es problema. El café es muy bueno. El hotel tiene una terraza de techo grande, se crea como un salón. Desafortunadamente, el bar no se sirve y no hay música para jugar. Así que no hay atmósfera y la terraza no se utiliza. Sólo podemos recomendar condicionalmente el Unahotels One Siracusa.

I spent a week at Hotel Como, which is now one of my favourite hotels ever. It is opposite the train station, and round the corner from the bus station. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was perfect for me - fresh croissants, bread, fruit juice, and coffee. I enjoyed the stroll along Corso Umberto to get to Ortigia, which is the main bustling crowded historical island. I knew it was a popular destination, but even so I was a bit surprised at the huge number of tourists! However, it's possible to amble along side streets and find some quiet areas. Grazie, Giuseppe, and everyone else whose names I didn't get, for the warm and friendly welcome.

Muy bien situado, muy bien servicio, lindo cuarto de baño (204), muy bueno comida. El desayuno era muy bueno para nuestras necesidades y era grande sentarse fuera. La ubicación es ideal para unos días en Syracusa. Hemos hecho el salto en salto de salto, una gira de barco y vimos las vistas. Muchos restaurantes grandes cerca, algunos parecen más clásicos que otros, pero todos tenían muy buenos alimentos y servicios, incluido el restaurante del hotel. Don Antonio, Cod da Saretta y La Bracioletteria fueron todos valientes para visitar. los visitarían de nuevo. La habitación era muy grande y el baño era un poco pequeño como es frecuente en Italia. La cama era muy cómoda y el AC era perfecto. El ruido en las calles comienza a las 6 am un pequeño precio para pagar por la ubicación y no era un problema real para nosotros. El estacionamiento es difícil, pero hay un parque privado bien organizado cerca de €20 por día reserva antes de viajar, pero si puedes con los precios de hoy puede ser más fácil y más barato con naves y taxis.

El precio es de 4 estrellas, el resto un poco menos. Debemos presumir que el personal es muy amable. La habitación con vistas al mar, por otra parte, pagada más, tiene una ventana grande poco más que un oblo que realmente se ve el mar pero no se puede ver. La habitación muy espartana, sin ese toque más que esperas de una 4 estrellas (por ejemplo, la botella de agua gratis que pagamos a 2 euros cada uno). El baño es cómodo, pero la cabina presenta varias incrustaciones de calcio y el ducha hasta rugina. En un ángulo de la habitación ya en nuestra llegada había pedazos de tono caídos en el suelo y se quedaron allí durante dos días. Buen desayuno. En general, considerando la ubicación excelente, a un precio más bajo (pagamos € 160,00 por noche en abril), sería bueno.

Excelente!! Al principio el edificio no se lo ve lindo, cuando se ingresa al Maison es una grata sorpresa!! Es un lugar muy lindo confortable limpio y prolijo. Tiene TODO lo q uno precisa para visitar Siracusa. Las Catacumbas y la Iglesia de la lagrima a 3 cuadras, el parque arqueologico y Ortigia q distancia de caminado. Nosotros hicimos ambas en un dia. En la zona hay parking publico y es fácil encontrar lugar. El desayuno es MAGNIFICO! Frutas jugos infusiones pan tostadas fiambres patiserie... El personal muy amable, hablan varios idiomas y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. Relacion precio prestación excelente!! Sin ninguna duda, VOLVERIA! Super recomendable!

Muy céntrico, cerca del puente de entrada en en la isla de Ortigia, con un parking cercano, muy cerca del famoso mercado de Ortigia y del templo de Apolo, ocupando un edificio clásico, se trata de un hotel cómodo, agradable, con habitaciones amplias y limpias, con un personal muy amable, y con un buen desayuno buffet. Precioso razonables, No se puede pedir más.

Esta boutique de Caportigia no está mal. También es el hotel más caro reservado en esta ruta. Tiene sentido del diseño, buena calidad de los objetos y buen servicio. El portero negro era muy trabajador y el desayuno era abundante, no muy rentable. Alto, pero también vale la pena el precio. Probablemente porque el hotel es un edificio antiguo remodelado, la altura del piso es muy alta, además de la decoración superior, se siente como un palacio ... jeje, en general se siente bien. Además, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Se tarda solo unos minutos en caminar hasta la ciudad vieja después de detener el automóvil, y solo se tarda unos minutos en conducir hasta el Parque de las Ruinas.

El precio es de 4 estrellas, el resto un poco menos. Debemos presumir que el personal es muy amable. La habitación con vistas al mar, por otra parte, pagada más, tiene una ventana grande poco más que un oblo que realmente se ve el mar pero no se puede ver. La habitación muy espartana, sin ese toque más que esperas de una 4 estrellas (por ejemplo, la botella de agua gratis que pagamos a 2 euros cada uno). El baño es cómodo, pero la cabina presenta varias incrustaciones de calcio y el ducha hasta rugina. En un ángulo de la habitación ya en nuestra llegada había pedazos de tono caídos en el suelo y se quedaron allí durante dos días. Buen desayuno. En general, considerando la ubicación excelente, a un precio más bajo (pagamos € 160,00 por noche en abril), sería bueno.

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried about what the experience would be like. However, from the arrival, the staff were friendly and professional as well as being efficient. The rooms we had (three couples) were in the modern part of the hotel, overlooking the golf course with the pool to the front. They were all clean and well appointed with most things you'd need for a few days break. The service for the one dinner we had was great (especially the restaurant manager (Marco?) in a busy and pretty dining room, the food was good, not great but good and reasonably priced. Breakfasts were good with a good variety but I would agree with some of the other comments that freshly pressed orange juice would have been good to have. Lunch near the club house was nice but as many people finished playing gold at a similar time it could get busy and the service was sometimes a bit hit and miss but as the staff were friendly we found it more amusing that irritating. There was one waitress who looked very stressed and needed to smile a bit more! The pool which we though would be closed was actually open and we were able to swim along with quite a few others, it was missing a lifeguard which we were told about but that was not a problem (a bit chilly in October).The pool and surrounding area was lovely and well set out. Pool bar was shut as it was out of season. I has a massage which was excellent and reasonable priced however, the actual spa needs a bit of an update and was quite damp in places. Unfortunately the Turkish bath did not have heating (broken) but looked lovely. Overall, beautiful building and grounds (don't play golf so can't comment on the course but those that did thought it was ok), in a peaceful and tranquil position-bit expensive if you want to go to Syracuse (recommended) but then we knew it was roughly 20 minutes away (taxi for 6 was 60 euros). Staff were great and I'm glad we spent a long weekend there.
