Booked for one night before flying from Heathrow. I had a very big bedroom with a extremely comfortable bed. There are bar meals and a Italian restaurant to eat at. Do not rely on the bus transfer to the airport. It is unreliable. After waiting 40 mind I ordered a uber which was £13 for 7 min journey. Cost includes £7 drop off charge.

We stayed overnight to connect our flight in the morning. The airport shuttle didn't come as frequent. The hotel had the facilities to book the transport service which helped us a lot. Overall good quality hotel to stay near airport.

Radisson is a great location, good food and service. Very busy (as it was football England game)

I have stayed here many times and each time there is always a problem checking in. The row of computers are supposed to offer self service check in but they never seem to work and always require assistance. However, there are rarely many staff available. Worst of all though is that this time staying, I was required to pay £5 to use the pool. This just seems extremely petty money grabbing. Disappointing.

The hotel was conveniently located to meet my partner as she had driven and I had flown into Heathrow. I had searched for a hotel with parking, Sauna and breakfast! Great I thought when Radisson was in the list of hotels with my criteria, disappointingly I was met with an additional £20 charge for parking my vehicle however my partner who had been at a conference in a nearby hotel had parking included for 24 hours.

Radisson RED Hotel London Heathrow is a stylish and convenient option for an airport stopover. The rooms are modern, spacious and quiet, with comfortable beds and good facilities. Staff are generally friendly and the breakfast offers plenty of choice. Airport access is straightforward, although the shuttle, parking and on-site food can be quite expensive. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice before or after a flight.

The hotel was easy to get to from Heathrow station. The staff were all friendly and the room was always clean. Overall a great stay.

Great hotel. Brilliant location - 10 minutes on the shuttle bus from Terminal 2. Large rooms, very comfortable beds, very clean and tidy with a nice big bathroom. Helpful staff on the front desk. Would definitely stay again.

Yeah good hotel it was in the middle of everything and pretty clean

Good hotel, in a great location. Good room except shower sprayed water all over the floor and made it slippy. The main problem for the room was that there was a step into the bathroom and with the room being dark if you forgot it was there you tripped which could have caused injury to someone. It needs some serious signage to warn you. The room was too warm and we couldn’t work out how to alter it if we could. Also although the decor was lovely it was way too dark!

Really good and nice hotel. Breakfast was also good!
