Oceans at Divi Little Bay

房間很好。環境更好，幾百米的專屬海灘，沒有外人一點不擁擠也安全，沙灘椅永遠有富裕。 這個度假村是全包和單住混合型的。為了應對單住的旅客，所有度假村裡的飯館酒吧，甚至瓶裝水都有定價，需要簽單。全包旅客簽的單不收錢，但還是要簽，而且有小費一欄。 真正全包度假村，所有食品飲料服務都無價，任意享用，沒有小費一説，入住後不用考慮付錢的事。 所以相比之下全包的旅客會不適應，拿瓶水都要簽字會覺得被冒犯。因為訂房時所有費用已經付過了。

The only problem we had was we booked 3 of the ocean view rooms and they say the app have sweeping views and that isn’t true Ground level has no ocean views we had to pay $100 extra a night to have a suite on the 4th floor. One of our other rooms always on 3rd floor and had good views

Little Divi was soooooooo good to us They lived up to the statement the friendly place Everyone was helpful Rooms were clean Fresh towels everyday We loved Eddie he was knowledgeable friendly and guided us with everything Thank you for this experience we will be back

I loved the privacy, beach, mostly room was clean, loved the balcony beach view, food was good. Phenomenal experience @ The spa Indulgence by the sea -massager was phenomenal- Avenicia Salomon -I scheduled 2x with her -she was possibly the best staff member I met along with Mimi from the breakfast@ main restaurant- the views were breathtaking @ Oceans. The rest of staff need real customer service etiquette- very rude & grotesque attitude/passive aggressive behavior- that made my experience mostly good- if staff was customer service friendly it would have been excellent- thank you!

Divi was a wonderful place to spend time relaxing and celebrating my birthday. I appreciate the staff. I look forward to visiting soon.

The resort itself was amazing. I based my booking on reviews and they were quite accurate. Highlights: the beach is gorgeous, clear and clean, room and overall resort cleanliness, the pools are open 24/7, rooftop resto food on weekends. Not so highs: We chose not to do the all inclusive and I found we were taken advantage of. Check your bills. They charge you 15% gratuity on every single bill so you do NOT need to tip. I had to argue with a waiter for being over-charged during happy hour, to which I was told the ‘virgin drinks’ were not included in happy hour yet bartender charged 3x 8usd smoothies instead of 2.25usd virgin drinks. I then escalated to management where I was told the charge would be taken care of and it never was, so on my final night there I had to spend time requesting the to remove the over-charge again and I’m not even sure after receiving my credit card statement that it ever was (although the itemized copy I signed showed it had been removed). To be clear my final bill was 800usd so a 35usd charge isn’t a big deal but it’s just annoying to have to deal with this on vacation -signage hours are outdated -Some staff are very rude, others extremely sweet (hit or miss). -If you’re renting a car on site, note they will tell you that you can’t reserve ahead of time, you need to come morningof to see and they are always late which can be frustrating but you can go online and reserve ahead of time (the website is on the sign of the little car rental hut).

Property itself was beautiful.Difficulty accessing bell services.There were multiple instances where no bellkeepers were available. When I approached security at the front for assistance, the interaction was not positive. Female security staff member I encountered appeared dismissive and spoke to me in a manner that felt rude and unprofessional.Asked for help with a bellkeeper and transportation via golf cart to my room, I was told to wait and was physically moved aside while she continued her conversation with someone else. I ultimately walked to my room on my own.When bellkeepers were available, they were courteous and helpful, but the inconsistency in service made arrival and movement around the property inconvenient at times. In contrast, the front desk staff were consistently kind, professional, and accommodating, which I appreciated.The first night of my stay went well, but the second night presented a significant issue. There was a flood in my room caused by the shower.Front desk&maintenance responded by mopping the water &placing towels on the floor.Damaged2pairs of my shoes.I was informed that someone would return to properly fix the shower, but no one ever did.I had to use the shower in my friend’s adjoining roomfor the remainder of my stay.I found the food and beverage options somewhat limiting. Coffee sold on the resort was not enjoyable. For breakfast, I was hoping for a simple option such as porridge, but I was informed that I would need to purchase the buffet

I appreciate how friendly the staff was and the overall experience while we stayed at the hotel. There were a few restaurants to dine at, parking lot was safe and the room was cleaning daily. I liked that the hotel was in walking distance to the town.

This is a nice property to stay at. Most staff is friendly & always available to assist. I have no complaints about my room other than our fridge didn’t get restocked & bed blankets are thin. I found myself cold some night. Overall hotel has tasty restaurants & has a lot of drink spots, & complimentary breakfast everyday for all inclusive.
