Very good service the receptionist is very friendly and accommodate to my room request full fulfilling my needs. Environment is nice and convenient and my room view is nice facing the airport runway. The receptionist also accommodate to my late checkout request really appreciate it. Thanks so much for the memorable experience at crowne plaza changi airport and hope to come again.

Terrible Staycay at The Bus Collective! Had a terrible stay at The Bus Collective! Despite the enticing media coverage of this unique bus-themed resort in Changi and my initial enthusiasm to support their sustainability efforts, $500+ one-night stay turned out to be a major disappointment. My child, celebrating his 4th birthday, burst out in tears as he was harshly scolded and threatened by Michael Gan, (from WTS) claimed to be the representative of the resort owner. During a harmless play where my child was pretending to be an 'emcee' on a stage platform, Michael Gan abruptly approached, ordering my child to get down immediately, citing safety concerns and even threatening police involvement, 'the police will come and catch you'. While safety reminders are appreciated, his aggressive tone and stern reprimand were unacceptable. When I sought an explanation, Michael, accompanied by the resort manager, arrogantly defended his actions, a father of 4 children claiming it was a common comment, he finds there is nothing wrong and even suggesting it was my fault for allowing my child on the platform. The overall experience was emotionally jarring, and the resort's management disappointed. Despite the appealing bus-themed interior, it lacked cleanliness, with visible dust and dirt particulary at the interior driving seat area. Fire access way blocked by unauthorised parking at the resort. The exterior posed safety hazards, with rainwater underneath the buses potentially breeding mosquitoes, pebble stones as walkways, and inadequate lighting for night safety. Additionally, the lack of high fencing raised concerns about safety, especially with the presence of intoxicated individuals near the public playground. Considering the price tag, opting for a hotel staycation seems more worthwhile, especially to avoid the subpar customer service experienced at The Bus Collective at Changi. In summary, this resort is not child-friendly, and the customer service was abysmal. I regret my decision and won't consider returning.

El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas y tiene una gran ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. El hotel está muy limpio, tiene una ducha grande (muy buena!!!) y se limpia todos los días. ¡Me gustaba que en la cama había dos diferentes cucharas, una suave y una firme! ¡Porque sólo me gustan las suaves, es genial para mí! La comida es muy agradable y útil. Reservar taxis en la noche para nosotros o dar buenas consejos como tuvimos algunos problemas con la tarjeta de crédito (no era culpa del hotel, era el banco!) y lo mejor : la cosa siempre sonríe! ¡No olvidemos la bonita máquina de zumo de naranja (dos!). tener un zumo de naranja fresco después del día de trabajo caliente fue genial! No me tomé ninguna foto del hotel, pero lo hice de la máquina de jugo :) El desayuno era agradable y siempre hay algo para todos. Me encanta la comida asiática, así que me disfruté de los caya y los frutos frescos. El café también es agradable y me encanta el té masala! En la esquina del hotel se puede comer famoso Katong laksa! el mejor en la ciudad en mi opinión honesta! También cinco estrellas de pollo es un buen lugar para comer, ya que sirven un buen arroz de pollo hainanes. Si sales de la calle de cinco estrellas de pollo, encontrarás Mel ́s Place, un hermoso jardín de cerveza con gente local. Cuando viaja, me gusta conectar con la gente local y obtener más consejos agradables para ir, así que mis consejos aquí están lejos de las zonas turísticas y eventos.

This is by far the worst hotel that I have stayed and for this one reason I will never come back. My room was at the 5th floor. I was planning to sleep at 12am after coming back from eras tour concert but right when I am falling into deep sleep, I started hearing doors banging (closing) sound. And mind you, the ‘Bang’ sound is so loud that it makes ur heart pounding and you can feel the wall is vibrating. And it happened every few minutes, lasted till past 1. Not only that, there is on and off noise of things dropped heavily on the floor as if someone dropped their luggages. Past 1am I called up the concierge to tell them of the noise which they said there shouldn’t be any noise but they will check. I only manage to fall asleep after 2, and past 5am the noise woke me up again. I was not able to rest properly during my stay. I will let you decide if this is purely poor sound proof + inconsiderate guests or haunted. Other than that, I must applaud the good service of the hotel staffs. They were very helpful throughout - from helping to store baggage, lead me the way to take public bus to mrt to calling the driver for shuttle service to mrt. For those that booked this place for their shuttle, it is not entirely promising as the driver seems to always not available. Without shuttle, it could be quite a long walk to the mrt. The room was not very clean, I can see hairs and dirts on the sheets. But the rest was ok. Though the staffs deserve a five star but I would not revisit this place again.

La sorpresa inicial fue que me pidieron que pagara un depósito en efectivo de 100 SGD cuando ya había pagado por adelantado la reserva de la habitación. (¡Puede pagar el depósito con tarjeta de crédito, pero el reembolso tardará 3 semanas!) Bueno, le dieron un recibo adecuado. Más allá del shock inicial, la habitación era bastante grande, muy cómoda y había una cabina de ducha separada. Lo mejor de todo para mí fueron los múltiples canales de televisión extranjeros, incluido GEM (japonés), 1 coreano y al menos 1 canal chino. El hotel estaba en una calle residencial tranquila y arbolada, a diferencia de otras calles de la zona.

El servicio al cliente fue excelente. Me las arreglé para conseguir una habitación mejorada gratis. ¡Tener un buen bidé fue una ventaja! El aire acondicionado era agradable y fresco. Bastante espacioso en comparación con otras opciones de hotel y vale la pena el precio. ¡Disfrutamos de las bebidas y bocadillos gratuitos! ¡Las comodidades de la habitación del hotel se ven bien limpias y nuevas!

La ubicación del hotel V era buena y hay muchos restaurantes y comida cerca, lo cual es excelente, y la estación de tren también está cerca, lo que le ahorra algo de dinero desde el aeropuerto. la habitación estaba limpia y el aire acondicionado un poco más frío de lo que esperaba, la vista de la ventana también es excelente y aún no he ido a la piscina, pero fue genial experimentar una vez cuando visitas Singapur.

En general la ubicación es buena, la habitación es muy pequeña, la cama está limpia. Todos los accesorios están presentes. La vista desde la ventana es hermosa, pero el escape es malo y el aislamiento acústico es malo. En general me gusto pero no me volvería a hospedar aquí, no pude dormir, se escuchaba todo a través de la pared y uno de los vecinos estaba fumando en la habitación y por la campana extractora todos los olores terminaban en mi habitación . No es bueno…

En general, tuvimos una buena estadía como siempre, la habitación estaba un poco anticuada pero estaba muy limpia, al menos para la habitación que ocupamos. Me gustaría destacar que la empleada de limpieza del nivel 6 fue muy detallista y servicial. Lamentablemente, no pude obtener su nombre (hablaba bien chino y sonaba como si fuera de Vietnam), pero las cosas definitivamente funcionaron mejor cuando ella estaba cerca. Agradezco al personal de limpieza del nivel 4 por pasarnos un juego de toallas limpias. Agradezco mucho sus esfuerzos para hacer que nuestra estadía fuera relajante. El personal de recepción / check in también fue muy servicial y amable. Solo una pequeña queja. Los gerentes de desayuno súper alegres y agradables de siempre parecen haberse ido. Recordé que eran mejores en términos de manejo de multitudes, mesas y disposición. Ahora hay más de 5 empleados durante las horas de desayuno algunos días, pero las mesas aún están casi sin limpiar. Además, había una señora china con cabello largo que aparentemente tenía un extraño conjunto de modales hacia los huéspedes locales, lo que me dejó una mala impresión. Afortunadamente, solo la vimos en 2 de los 7 días que estuvimos allí. El desayuno es decente, aunque los croissants estaban duros como piedras durante 3 de los 7 días, pero en general, ¡la recomendaría para una estadía!

Habitación agradable y limpia en una ubicación céntrica y con fácil acceso a los servicios. El hotel está equipado con acceso seguro y evita que los intrusos lleguen al nivel en el que se hospeda. El personal es amable y brinda asistencia amable cuando necesita ayuda. Calificaré este hotel como 4 estrellas 🌟
