Great big rooms and the service is excellent. I stayed here for a year dur to business and the staff were amazing. Shout out to Jason who has always greeted me with a smile and knows when my parcels are ready for collection. Property is old but well maintained and the cleaning service and laundry service were all great.

I love the staff at the hotel. Everyone is super friendly from the people at reception to the staff cleaning the rooms. The person who cleaned my room, Yong Tao noticed that I had received flowers and was using one of the bins for a vase. He made sure someone brought me a vase to use. Great feeling of being home away from home.

My partner and I have been staying here for almost a year since summer 2023, and have had the most comfortable stay. Ying Tao, my weekly cleaner, and the reception team including Jason are always so great and attentive to any requests we have. The location and the spatiousness cannot be beat, and I am so glad we are staying here!

I’ve been staying here for about 9 months with my partner, and had nothing short of a wonderful experience. My weekly cleaner, Ying Tao does a meticulous job with cleaning and accommodates to any requests we have (adjusting schedule, amenities, etc), making me feel at home always. The reception staff are also so friendly and nice, they always welcome us with a big smile :)

We have been here for more than one month and have received very warm service. The room is very clean especially Yu Li who cleans the room and Xue Ni the plumber. We have been well taken care of here. Thankyou. I will be happy to comeback and introduce friends here, thankyou again.

Beautiful lobby and entrance and spacious pool. Very short walking distance to all the major malls on orchard road / turn. Perfect for families and groups. Friendly staff and Chun Ling was our apartment attendant and she was excellent and very friendly.

The housekeeping staff Xiao Ping provided attentive service, maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. Property maintenance served very quick response when cooking gas run out. Though slight improvements in attention to detail could enhance the overall experience.

Well appointed serviced apartments with in room washer and dryer. Location great, just off Orchard road. Perfect for access to public transport, food and shopping. Housekeeping staff Chun Ling is always cheerful and obliging, thorough in her work.

I recently stayed at room number 2404 and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of my room, thanks to the wonderful house cleaner Chun Ling. She went above and beyond to ensure every corner was spotless, and her attention to detail truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Not only was the room immaculate, but Chun Ling also provided excellent service with a warm and friendly demeanor. I highly recommend for its outstanding housekeeping service. Hard working. Very easy to understand. Good Service.

This service apartment is really good for group travelling, location is also good

Very clean apartments. The service here is quite excellent. Everyone's ready to help. We were lucky to have a cleaner like Jeevitha who comes and cleans everything spotlessly and never had a problem with our belongings being misplaced or anything.

May oftenly come to my unit, and serve well for several months I’ve been here. We already consider her like our family, very close. We always welcome her. In this residence, i usually swim at the swimming pool and the gymnasium. The swimming pool is so clean and the gymnasium is also comfortable because of the air conditioner so we don’t get too hot

We are in the middle of a one month stay, and have stayed at the Orchard Parksuites, generally for a month period to escape the New York winters, over the past few years. We originally chose Orchard Parksuites because of the location (less than a 3 minute walk from two MRT lines, two hawker centers, loads of great restaurants, shopping and Orchard Road), and the convenience of having a large apartment with a kitchen and dining area for an extended stay, along with housekeeping services. We very much appreciate the excellent staff and service. We had the need for some assistance, and both Doris Lee (the housekeeping manager) and her assistant, Xue Ni were super helpful, and did great follow-up to make sure everything was perfect. May, who cleaned our apartment, kept everything immaculate. In addition, the front desk people, in particular, Jason, were always very cheerful and helpful. We will certainly return.
