Amazing Hotel, truly 5 stars ! Thanks for stuff of the hotel:)

Check in was smooth 1st room was great. Unfortunately had a baby cockroach. Was offered to change room, we took it. Change took quite a while, but we had the comfort of waiting in the room 2nd room was still great. Staff were all very friendly and helpful Love the unlimited complementary parking as no public transport nearby

Been to the hotel for a few times. This time round the welcome chocolate is from Janice Wong. Love the service at the club lounge, the lady staff still recognise us. The food at the club is great. Check-in fast compare to last time.

Hotel is grand, amenities and room are all good. Chose this hotel as there's kid zone from the pic but didn't realise i have to pay separately (free entrance if got a family room). Nevertheless, kids wanted it so we paid and they enjoyed their 3 hrs in the bud (play zone). BF is good, many varieties! Will bring the kids there again.

Well managed hotel. Very clean and well furnished. Responsive staff and excellent service. The only catch is the distance to shops and restaurants.

Super friendly staff, they’re very accommodating and even gave me an early checkin ! However must say that even though everything else was perfect, the place is quite a walk from the nearest MRT or even bus stop

We had a spectacular staycation experience at Shangri-la as usual. We stayed at the Tower wing and we were offered an additional bed as there were 4 of us! Checked in early and was able to use the facilities already. Were given complimentary drinks at Lobby Lounge as well. Breakfast was superb as always! Wonderful stay we had!

Staff stressed and overwhelmed. Example: breakfast process absolutely terrible, no smile from concierge or checkin staff at first, process is slow and manual.  Several times food on the floor does not get picked up by staff, even in the lobby. Missing orders, etc.  Some stress very friendly but overall definitely not enough staff for the number of guests. Not acceptable for this price level.

We chose Shangri-La Singapore to spend our New Year and we really enjoyed our stay especially my daughter  she really loved the water park, pool and the buds which is the playroom. The place is clean and well maintained. We will definitely comeback again.

First time here. Treating my daughter to the children entertainment: Splash etc. had a great time at the pool. Room was spacious but old. Breakfast crowd was crazy. Not halal certified but there are food that we can eat: prata, cereals, fruits etc.

Perfect Room for couple, hotel still prepared cake if you request, the room is clean and spacious also, there is room cleaning everyday!

Busy weekend so services were basic at best across the board despite us having a junior suite. Breakfast line wad also way too long to match hotel status as a 5 star luxury hotel. Line restaurant really needs a refresh as the vibe is too food court like.
