Hotel Nuve Urbane Singapore

Superb! The room is simply gorgeous and comfy! The staff are really nice, they granted us with free room upgrade and early check-in. The furnitures look sturdy and expensive as well.

Booked the room very last minute (2 days before) at a higher price. Room is clean and comfy. Walking distance to train station and eateries.

Service was good. Enjoyable stay except that there is construction ongoing next door and the window soundproofing isn't 100%.

Nice and clean room at central location and easy access to amenities.. The hotel is equipped with safety access and prevent intruder to come to the level you are staying.. I was given level 2 but the window though it low but not noisy.. Staff Re friendly and provided kind assistance when u need help. I will rate this hotel as 4 star 🌟

In fact, the location is good, the bed is very comfortable, what is dissatisfied is that I booked a king-size bed, and the hotel arranges two single beds together, and I feel uncomfortable when I sleep in the middle For a single quilt, you said, how to cover it? driving me mad! Called to the counter, the waiter said that their waiter was out of service at 8 o'clock, and then the counter clerk said, do you want to come and see? What are you looking at? It was nerve-wracking. Finally, I asked the waiter to bring me a pair of sheets. I didn't expect them to be so negligent! Hope the hotel can improve!

I really like the hotel. If it was nearer to mrt it will be fantastic. But everything else is okay as it is. I enjoyed my stay here very much. I can also try orange juice machine infront xd

Awesome chic place to have time alone. Suggested by my partner in fact as she’s been here before in the past. Would definitely book here again for a longer stay in future.

Very impressed with the service and the atmosphere of the hotel. The pool is accessible on 4th floor and its outdoor with jacuzzi.

Based on my observation, mothers may enjoy the pool area as I witnessed guests leaving their laundry in the pool area (refer to photo). Imagine opening the curtains hoping to get some sunlight in the morning and the first thing that greets you are some other guests' underwear. Yeap that's your view. Location is great with all the good food available around the area (sweechoon, ponggol nasi lemak etc). Walking distance to Lavender MRT station. Staff were friendly (both the concierge and the cleaning team). Anytime fitness is just next door. Free oreos and cheezo. The fridge is inside the wardrobe, interesting concept. Love the old aircon and hot shower (hot water is consistent!) SOFT toothbrush so YES. Unfortunately, LOTS of ants. Left my bubble tea aside for 5 minutes and ants were all over the table. Left my phone near the window and saw 3 ants crawling all over my phone when I was using it. Maybe because the room had a door that led to the outdoor pool. Outdoor pool only accessible after making a booking with the concierge. Pointless to get the direct access to pool room because we can't use it as and when we want to. Pool were quite dirty (since a lot of people used it), could see a good amount of hair and small particles underwater. Also imagine opening the curtains hoping to get some sunlight in the morning and the first thing that greets you are some other guests' underwear (refer to photo) Walls super thin. Kept hearing mothers scolding their children/ husbands when they were using the pool 🤣
