該賓館是在一棟老房子裏改建而成的。最大的優點是房間比較大，17平米，有窗可以打開通風，在新加坡市中心同價位的賓館中很少見。並且房間裏面配有小廚房微波爐冰箱等，用得到的都有了，可以自己做飯吃。走廊裏面有免費共享的洗衣機和烘乾機，房間裏面有洗衣粉。
賓館坐落在橋南路銜接繁華的橋北路的地方，鬧中取靜，出行方便。到Clarke Quay Center地鐵站大概5分鐘路程。（考慮到疫情風險，沒有乘坐過，聽説新加坡地鐵不錯）
樓下有飯店。街對面就是Circle Street，再步行幾分鐘有Boat Quay和Clarke Quay的美食街。從經濟餐到豪華餐應有盡有。步行5分鐘左右可以到福南購物中心，裏面有超市，飯店，商店等。從飯店打包會房間吃非常便捷。
在疫情期間，比較喜歡這家賓館免接觸的管理方法。我的接待人員Syazwan非常熱情，用微信和我保持聯繫，提前通知我如何入住；有什麼問題和需要，通過微信告訴他，很快會解決。每週打掃一次，減少了不必要的接觸風險。
建議賓館可以增加一些生活設施的使用説明，如淋浴熱水器的加熱開關在哪裡，到哪裡倒垃圾等等。最好是增加一些中文説明，可以方便不説英語的中國遊客。
總體來説，是很棒的一次居住體驗。

非常棒的一次體驗！！前台小姐姐veronika和khine人很好，服務很耐心。房間小而精，內置廚具、電磁爐、冰箱等，樓上可以洗衣和烘乾。酒店靠近克拉碼頭地鐵站，周邊有來福士等商場，出行超級方便。真的物超所值呀

酒店環境非常好，房子雖然不大，但很乾凈，設備一應俱全，服務人員也很熱心，有需求的時候會幫很多忙，很推薦！！！

This is my 4th time staying with heritage, and to be honest I’ve always enjoy all my stays, including this one! Jarwin and Khine have been very helpful and nice throughout the whole stay, allowing us to have a very good time there!
Will definitely return again ;)

This place is in a good location, with lots of food options available with just a short walk. Walking to the nearest MRT station is also quick too. Jarwin was kind enough to give us early check in and even told us he could lend an umbrella in case it rained. Jarwin is also very hospitable and made the check in process fuss free. Very satisfied with my stay and would come back again.

Excellent location with many services around: food, drink, MRT, buses,…
Excellent services from hotel and their staffs: Ed, Kim and Ryan. We enjoyed alot while staying there. The room is so good equipped, clean, tidy. Everything was perfect for our stay. Sure I will be back for next trip to Singapore at Herritage Collection!
