Valoraciones de Yotelair Singapore Changi Airport

Hotel de aeropuerto ideal para estadías cortas por vuelos nocturnos. Dado que llegamos a la terminal 1 tuvimos que caminar bastante para llegar al hotel que se encuentra en la terminal 2, frente al Jewel en el cuatro piso. Aunque el acceso al hotel está señalizado, tuvimos que preguntar como llegar.

Decidí no usarlo, el personal poco amable y tu check out es a las 9am .. es inservible para mi

Book in advance since we knew we'll be arriving late at nite.Need a very near place to rest before a very early check inat T3 the next morning.Kudos Trip.com & Yotelair.

Generally had a good experience. Services and amenities were up to expectations. The walls in the room need repainting but the room is clean enough

Small and compact but adequate, a nice area outside to enjoy some complimentary coffee and tea, with a good view of jewel rain vortex

This is the smallest hotel I have ever seen. I would expect a large adult male to have a hard time moving around. There are many small rooms like a maze. It took a long time to get from the lobby to the room. The hallways are very long and complicated. The location is inside the airport, so it is convenient to go out to see the fountain show.

To be honest, the location is the best for mid night arrival. However, the front desk female staff is not so polite at all. I am tired already and I found that my door cannot be locked, ok, may be I am not using your so called right method to close it, as I dun know yours is so special. I try to approach front desk and that staff almost going to stare at me with her annoyed face by explaining their “right method”. Towel is not so clean. Lucky that I got mine. Have almost everything u need in room.

Perfect stop if u have an early flight! Smack inside Jewel and really walkable to Terminals. Free flow coffee and tea. This is my second stay and wont be the last ❤️

Relatively small but good location with lots of food and juice you can snack midnight just beside the hotel.

Overall experience is good, and location is convenient for morning flight.

Yotelair Changi Airport is located on the 4th floor of Jewel Changi. Location wise is excellent. Direct access from Terminal 1 Changi Airport. Unfortunately the place is getting old with worn out walls and furnitures. Room size is extremely small. Putting 2 adults is pushing the comfort luck. If you are claustrophobic, then skip this place as it has no window. Ok for a one night stay for an early flight out. Do note check in is at 6pm (they are pretty strict) as trip.com is a third party and any booking from third party gets to check in at 6pm and check out at 9am. Check in staff isn't exactly the greatest making a tired person more frustrated.

The hotel location is not that close to the T1 arrival hall. One must walk at least 10 minutes with your carry on luggage to Lobby H. Also the elevators getting to the 4th floor is very slow. The facilities inside the room are getting old and worn despite well maintained for cleanliness. The location is superbly convenient to the balcony overlooking the airport waterfall. That is a PLUS.

Booked for 1N as we have an early flight to catch the next morning. Kinda a pre-start to our 9Ds holiday in advance. Nice compact room with almost everything you need. Comfy bed too. Will be back again if I’ve another early flight next time.

Overall stay is quite good as its just a turnover for my early flight the next morning. but the TV and the door lock function is not working while you were trying to have some relax activities before slee.
