酒店設施很好，房間很滿意，非常愉快的一次入住。地理位置方便，去海洋館和環球影城都很方便，樓下就是名勝廣場。特別感謝sophia，入住期間熱情友善專業的服務，為我們提供了很多幫助。

Amazing! Thandar is a very kind person helping us a lot. The whole hotel staff is understanding and considerate. It’s definitely worth the trying. And this is why I would recommend visitors going to here for staying. If I come back to Singapore, I would choose this hotel.

Cozy room with wonderful bathtub. King size bed is super comfortable & wonderful view of RWS

Everything was nice. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Great service, friendly staff especially Su Khine who will always standby there if you need any assistance. Will return again and thanks for the super service, U Thein!

久しぶりのセントーサ。 チェックイン時間より早めに着いた。 受付の人は目頭押さえてめちゃくちゃ疲れてますアピール。 部屋は準備出来てないから指定された時間に戻ると15時チェックインだと言う。いや知ってるけど時間指定してきたよね？ 各フロアだと思うが灰皿付きゴミ箱がある。 エレベーターのボタンのところにあるから子供には近づけさせなかった。 廊下に糸くずやゴミがずっとある。 とにかく５つ星じゃないよね？？？

酒店設施很好，床也舒服。樓下就是名勝廣場，去海洋館和環球影城都很方便，吃的也方便，有華人餐廳，前台有華語接待，入住無壓力。

Amazing hotel with Class service provided throughout the Stay,Our three families travelling together managed to get rooms according to our preferences,Thanks to Akhilesh,renee and lady manager at front desk who helped us with early checkin for all rooms and made us comfortable also special thanks to Akhilesh who helped us guiding about nearby attractions and suggested restaurants,the rooms were bigger had lovely balcony,kudos to the team for this pleasant stay,We would love to come back again.😄😄

***u, the front desk receptionist made our stay really pleasant and memorable. She was really professional and nice. Rooms and service were top notched. Everything was near and really convenient for big groups.

Celebrated my son's bday at Crockfords suite. Butler Chua was our personal butler and I would say our stay was made perfect with his attentive service. Actually our stay was not very smooth to begin with as my daughter fell ill but butler Chua made us felt at home and at ease even with all our requests, questions and arrangements. Definitely 2 thumbs up for the great service and attentiveness. The butler team was very nice to write a card and gave us easter bunnies choc for the kids to enjoy! Hope to be back!

Not unique - leaking ceiling - bad odor - no view - pricey

我們雖然第一次住進聖淘沙康樂酒店，酒店服務 衞生都很好，提供的日常用品都很好，服務態度都很好…. 不過還差了點東西. 1）廁所馬桶沒有水頭條 2）掃描酒店點餐衹有提供字體沒有點餐圖片 3）沒有提供聖淘沙遊樂分享或地區 4）在電視機裏，除了按鍵看幾個東西圖片，每天提供遊樂分享或餐館分享，有些不清楚是什麼東西，也許是我們不會進入 5）我個人認為，如有提供詳細圖片景點，餐館，遊樂，會更加好 無需到處尋找遊樂 景點 餐館

The hotel are nice and Morden. Staff are friendly esp Hari, Anthony and Iris from the reception. They will always standby there if you need any assistance. Will return again and thanks for the super service, Kudos!!

Yik Shan was a very nice concierge. She understood what I wanted and was fast on check in. The room was beyond satisfactory and very comfortable at Crockford's. I am very happy for my choice of hotel and the kind concierge
