Pros: Hotel upgraded to one with a terrace outside, so giving us much more space. Spacious room. Wonderful amenities. Complimentary parking. Soft beds. Courtesy car. Good views on rooftop pool. Fan compliments the ac. Cons: Trip.com package states that courtesy car needs to be reserved 2 days in advance, but hotel said no reservations as it is a first come first served basis. Booked this package purely because of that and luckily it is available when we needed it. But it makes me feel like it is available to all guests and not necessarily just for this package. Didn't use the other wellness thing in the package. Bathroom amenities much as it is very good, but since you have a bathtub as well, shouldn't there be a tube of shower gel beside it, instead of having to get out of the bathtub and going to the shower to get it? B&O speakers wasn't working in one of the rooms we had. Energy efficiency ac - switches on and off through the night and woke up halfway to kick off the blanket and after that having to pull it back up. Buffet breakfast - nothing to shout and not worth paying extra for it. Welcome amenities mentioned about local snacks, which I presume would be given but instead it was fruits - quite misleading. Had wanted to book some rooms for my parents to rest as we had a wedding to attend at a nearby hotel, which I think much as the room is nice etc, but doubt it's worth to return.

Room was beautiful with high ceilings. Pool and gym were nice as well. Our only complaint is that the temperature control system in the room was very noisy and not very consistent. Sound proofing could also be better.

My partner and I recently stayed at Artyzen Singapore for the first time, and while we genuinely enjoyed many aspects of our stay, we also experienced some disappointments that I would like to bring to your attention. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely commend Eric and Rachel from the Front Desk. Their warm smiles, attentiveness, and thoughtful service stood out remarkably. My partner, who also works in the hospitality industry, was genuinely impressed and mentioned that he even learned something new from their level of professionalism — a true reflection of Artyzen’s service values. However, we encountered a few issues during our stay. For two nights, there was no hot water in our room. Although we initially chose not to escalate the matter, but as I was unwell with a cold, my partner eventually reached out to your team. The technician arrived in the afternoon, but unfortunately, after waiting for hours, the issue remained unresolved. Later that evening, your team kindly arranged a room change, for which we were very grateful. The second concern relates to a complimentary airport transfer that was offered to us by one of your duty managers as an apology for the inconvenience. However, upon checkout, I was surprised and rather disappointed to learn that there was no record of this arrangement. My partner had already left earlier for work (as he is based in Singapore), so I checked out alone before flying back to Jakarta. The Front Desk team was unable to locate any notes or confirmation of the transfer, which left me in an awkward and stressful position at the time. Thankfully, it was eventually sorted out, and I was able to proceed to the airport — but the lack of coordination and communication was very unexpected, especially given Artyzen’s reputation for excellence. My partner had also emailed your team regarding these matters earlier, but unfortunately, he never received a response. While I initially hesitated to raise this again, I believe constructive feedback is important, particularly because we truly admire the property and would love to return. We really hope that we will have much better services next time of visit in the nearer future.

The hotel is very new, with great location. The only problem is that the shower is not hot enough.

very pleasant stay! room was clean and extremely cosy. only gripe is that the location is a little out of the way if you’re taking public transport. other than that, all is well :) lift is super pretty!

While the location may not be the most ideal, this was more than compensated for by the exceptional service, particularly from the receptionist Benjamin. His outstanding hospitality was a highlight and truly made our stay memorable. That said, we did notice that the room was somewhat dusty, which affected our ability to sleep comfortably."

had a wonderful stay at Artyzen Hotel Singapore. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I especially loved the modern facilities and the relaxing atmosphere—it felt like a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The location is also very convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Singapore

I got drainage problem at the first night. Hotel fixed it while I was out. Needed to ru water for 5min in advance as the water wasn’t hot enough for shower. Other than these, I had great stay. Hotel arranged a car for free within 1.5km. I think this is great service. Infinity pool is amazing. No obstructions and the bottom of the pool is partially made of grass. Love the pool.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and it was such a lovely experience. We booked the Premium Room and absolutely loved the high ceilings — it gave the space such an airy, luxurious feel. The room was well-appointed with thoughtful touches, including a Dyson hairdryer and the most comfortable bathrobe I’ve ever worn. The bed and pillows were so plush that we slept like babies. The rooftop infinity pool, although small, gave off a “mini MBS” vibe and was perfect for a relaxing dip with a view. The hotel also surprised us with some beautiful decorations in the room, complimentary for our anniversary, which made the stay even more special. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back for another staycation.

Room was really beautifully decorated with high ceiling. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed using the amenities. Unfortunately, I felt that the hotel service could be improved. Checked in took awhile. We arrived at 2.30pm and only got the room after 4pm. During the wait, we were informed that their system showed that we were booked on a different date even though trip showed the correct date. Felt that it gave us unnecessary stress. After we got the room, our luggage took another hour to be sent up. All the wait made us wasted the day as we needed the things in our luggage. For the price point, it was unfortunately that we faced all this. The room doesn’t come with an iron and you have to ask for it to be sent up. There was so much wait involved and the swimming pool was crowded too. With all the time wasted, was hoping we could request for a late checkout but even then we couldn’t get it. With that, I really found it a waste as there’s so much potential especially with the room.

Service was wonderful. Had the room beautifully decorated for my 10th anniversary which was a nice touch. Enjoyed the complimentary limousine to nearby places. Infinity pool on the roof top was gorgeous with nice views of the surroundings. Room was nicely decorated and there was evening turn down service, self service complimentary coffee and tea set in the room with the tea bags and coffee replenished. Couple of areas of improvement - the sofa in the room had a permanent unsightly stain on its fabric. Room on level 8 was facing the construction site where the old Tanglin shopping centre used to be. The piling work was quite noisy in the afternoon and the balcony was rather dusty and not very usable due to dust facing the construction site.

Beautiful hotel, clean toilets and spacious room. Service is a bit slow.

Had a wonderful Parent & Child staycation at Artyzen. The staff were genuinely pleasant and attentive; the woman who served us during breakfast even remembered what coffee I liked and what my child ordered after only one interaction! The room was handsomely decorated and larger than other hotel's rooms in the same price point, with a super comfy bed! Did not have a chance to go in the pool, but caught the amazing view when we stopped by after dinner. Finally, you can't beat the location, as it's just a few minute's walk to Orchard. Very happy to add this boutique hotel to our go-to list for future stays!
