Rooms were all well cleaned and well maintained. In the lobby they offer free drinks as well. The only downside was that during breakfast, I found out that the bread has mould on it…

Bed was a little too hard, not comfortable. There wasn’t a door for the shower area…and when asked the staff for mineral water they don’t provide……

Crystal inn is really a treasure in Batu Pahat, a must stay place with good service, clean rooms and professional staff. Everything went very smoothly and the room is amazing.

Really upclass feel to this newly furbished hotel; can qualify as an icon among hotels in Batu Pahat. Greeted by the friendly concierge into a well-lit spacious lobby. Even the room is bright, the lighting is jes right. Btw, snacks in the room & canned drinks in the bar are free. Also given several bottles of mineral water. Bonus pts to our staycation. Tqsm😘

Quiet rooms, fast Wi-Fi, and a great central location with good breakfast.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is relatively new, and aside from the soundproofing not being perfect, everything else was great. The location is strategic, parking is easy and convenient, and the overall experience was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.

Surprisingly there is no iron and iron board in the room. The good thing is complimentary snacks and drinks will be refilled daily.

The hotel experience was fantastic. Check in was very smooth, and the reception team was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay.

The Hotel is modern and beautiful. The room was very clean, bright, and comfortable. A complimentary welcome drink was provided in the lobby. The room had a coffee machine, several small snack packets on the table, and drinks in the fridge all free to use. It would have been even better if the shower had a door, at least the floor wouldn't get wet during showers. All the hotel staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast area was small with limited choices, but the food was very delicious. We stayed for a total of 3 nights, and overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room is spacious. And great service as there's welcome drink and all drinks and snacks in the room are complimentary as well. Only downside is that there's no door at the shower area so water will spray and making the toilet floor quite wet. Breakfast is included but don't expect much

The service team was very humble, polite and attentive. Very clean environment and I simply love it. The breakfast set was really simple BUT awesome ! A huge thumbs up to the chef. I love the fried mee and the bee hoon. Please keep up the good work!
