This place is located on Otres beach. Nice place. Clean. Good location. One complaint is that they didn’t have hot water.

Friendly staff providing good services. Fast check-in service. Big space room 😍 Good location too. However, renovation is needed since the building and pool are a little bit old.

Good hotel to stay, in front of beach and not many traffic at nighttime, good for jogging and running in the morning.

Swimming pool need to be renovated and breakfast shoud be ready to serve.

First of all, it’s a good new experience to stay there 2nights and 3days, room is clean , breakfast is not bad, and the location is prefect just across the street, I can enjoy the sea. I give 5stars to staffs there, they serve us very well.

The location is good - the beach is just across the road (the sea very shallow though, even in high tide). I think I booked the "mountain view" room, but got a sea view one, and the balcony with the view is very nice. The breakfast is okay. There's an amazing cafe nearby called Happy Pop's Pizza, I went there both for lunch and dinner.

It was ok. The pool was great! Rooms not too clean but comfortable and big space. Make sure you have enough Dollars and that it is not old… they don’t accept it if there’s a tear in it they only want new notes !!! Only stayed 2 nights it’s more than enough. The view is beautiful!!!

For Cambodia this is the best we could find for this price point. Rooms and beds are excellent very large rooms and real king beds not to hard nicely decorated. Location is perfect across from the beach and away from the location where the take over of casinos owners so sad I must mention. If you are a euro or westerner stay far away not safe! Pool was very nice breakfast was really good and dinner and lunch was great also. We stayed 4 days and feel lucky we found this place. The staff went above and beyond to help everyday. Very friendly professional staff. The only thing we didn’t like was there was only 3 sunbeds so we had to get up @ 6:30 to secure on for the day. If u are having a stop over this is your best choice. Safe and good value and actually nice people with good location.

Loverly beach, nil convenience store close..no 7/11 etc
