Es un hotel muy cómodo y bien ubicado. El personal es muy amable y profesional. Me gusta la decoración es actual y se nota recientemente renovado. El desayuno es muy completo, con productos de calidad. Todo muy bien. Totalmente recomendable

El personal del hotel recepción ,bar en el desayuno muy amables y muy serviciales.también un detalle de la señora de recepción que nos permitió hacer el check out dos L horas más tarde .Laa instalaciones del spa me encantaron y todo está muy limpio .

Stayed at this hotel in Crans Montana for the Omega Masters golf tournament. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good food, spa closed, but heated outdoor pool open. Went hiking in the mountain and visited Zermatt and Matterhorn Express. Great

A huge thank you to the team at Valaisia for making our trip an unforgettable one! I booked the trip for my partners 30th birthday to ski and also for weekend one of the Caprices festival. The hotel was beautifully clean, location was spot on and the team were just fantastic! Nothing was too much to ask, they were attentive to all of our needs and were always contactable. The rooms are amazingly decorated, spacious and the views were incredible. The team also placed a bottle of champagne and a chocolate cake for my partner which made for the nicest touch. We will definitely recommend the hotel and will absolutely be back! Thanks again!

I recently stayed at the Faern Hotel in Crans-Montana and it exceeded all my expectations. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, with a comfortable bed that provided some of the best sleep I’ve ever had. Waking up to the sweeping panoramic views of the Alps from my balcony was simply breathtaking! The Spa and the fitness centre are well equipped and are definitely a plus after a day of outside activities. The service from every member of the staff was truly outstanding. The front desk team welcomed me warmly, offering expert local tips and making check-in a breeze. Housekeeping was equally attentive, ensuring my room was spotless. The Food & Beverage staff went above and beyond, serving exquisite meals with genuine warmth and care, and the bar’s cocktails were both creative and refined. Every detail at the Faern Hotel is designed for guest comfort and satisfaction. The blend of modern amenities, stunning natural beauty, and exceptional hospitality makes it a clear choice for anyone visiting Crans-Montana. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough.

A wonderful hotel which far exceeded expectations. Even before I arrived the front desk were so helpful with booking etc. All staff at front desk,bar & restaurant were lovely. Cosy single room was as big as doubles in other hotels! Mountain views to die for.

Been over the many years I have been boarding, and indeed other vacations, and this has to be one of the very best I have stayed. Presented to the highest standard in quality, great friendly staff, wonderful food and the most quiet and comfortable room with a view ever. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Crans Montana. Oh and how can I forget the wonderful spa after a day boarding - wonderful. See you again soon…

Great value for a Swiss Ski vacation. The rooms were nice and not overpriced. The staff was excellent. 1 minute walk to the Gondola. The rooms had an incredible view of the Mountains. They were very well equipped for ski gear. Lots of shelve. The bathroom was nicely equipped as well. I would stay again.

Great stay. All the staff made you feel special guest. Got upgrade to supernice room with snow mountains view. The breakfast and dinner were perfect. Great kitchen staff also, thanks for the raclette evening and delicious cheese varieties. Nothing was to much asked. Very rare these days to find this high level service hotel . I will recommend it to my friends and will definitely come back. Gr Frank V

Location next to Arnouva cable car was great, with Escalator down to Montana centre for bars, restaurants and free buses to Crans, etc. Room and bathroom weren't big, but adequate and spotlessly clean. All staff were great. Food was great.
